everything was great 🤩 very friendly staff, clean and cozy

It was like having our own private villa but with a hotel experience, service was 5 star and the location is great so private and peaceful but 5 minutes walk away there was great restaurants and shops. Very relaxing holiday 😎

it was a fantastic stay .We have to congratulate not only the beauty and the amenities . specially we would like to congratulate the staff, that outdid themselves.Peppe ,Giuseppe and all their colleagues. The hotel is beautiful, The room had all the amenities you need and more, slippers,robe,etc. Amazing location too, close to the main plaza We recommend 100%

Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our month long honeymoon in Italy/Sicily. The staff was amazing, with Simone welcoming us in on the first day, to the breakfast staff and daytime staff being extremely helpful throughout our 3 night stay. A beautiful property in the heart of Capri. Also they organized a boat tour for us which was amazing, pay as you checkout etc. Hopefully we return in a few years time. Thanks for everything, Kieran.

Everything! From the minute you walk through the gate the experience is special. Beautifully landscape garden and pool area, to the detail within the rooms and the indoor spa pool. Just FABULOUS.

Really good breakfast, with a lot of delicious options. The hotel is also very beautiful, the pool is nice and neat. In front of the hotel there is a pretty and romantic garden and by the side, a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is kind, and makes an effort to give you any information you might need.
