Breakfast options and service were very good. Some times key offerings ran out early eg scrambled eggs/ bread. Generally staff were prompt in replacing some offerings when asked eg bread. Breakfast staff were very helpful as were cleaning staff and staff in the pool bar. The location was great with a view out to sea from the room, however it did get noisy and lots of fumes from the boats and cars at peak travel times. View from the bar/pool was great.

Our trip to Sorrento was awesome. Sorrento is a quaint place. Great choice of restaurants and shops. Bus service were very good to Positano and Amalfi. The only fault, was that they had a Christmas tree in main centre and Christmas lights in the streets, but they were not turned on...we were there for 3 nights, and no lights.

Amazing town even for a visit in the fall/winter.
Amazing town even for a visit in the fall/winter. The city feels alive and vibrant although it is actually not that big, but it has lots of shops and restaurants with every type of food you can want and fabulous views over the sea. Trains and buses and ferrys let you explore the surroundings easily.

The food, tours and food were amazing. My favorite tour was the Pizza Cooking Class on a farm.
Getting around Sorrento is easy. But if you asthma or climbing steps or steep hills are different for you then you have to pay for taxis. Reasonable rates.

Sorrento is a very, very busy place with tons of tour groups. It is a great location for visiting the Amalfi Coast, Capri, and Pompeii. It is not a tranquil place so choose your location carefully. There is a stairway down to the dock level from town, but there is also a lift you can pay. We walked down the first time, but used the lift after that. A bargain for $1.

This was the best stay in our Italy trip so far. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, we loved having bar service for cocktail hour on the patio and the rooftop terrace. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Excellent value for the money
.
Don't try hiking up the hill with your suitcases! Get some EAV or Sita bus tickets at the train station as the walk up the hill on cobblestones to the hotel is exhausting on a hot day.
The best hotel on my Italy-trip! Very good first impression from when I first entered the hotel and checked-in. The staff handled all situations very professionell and in a friendly manner. A huge "thank you" goes out to the breakfast and housekeeping crew - You're doing a fantastic job! The hotel is located in walking distance from the station nevertheless it's a quiet place. I loved the roof terrace and the view - nice to sit and read a book.
The property was clean and had all amenities you expect from a hotel. This was much better compared to our other stays in Italy. The host Angelo was very gracious, helpful and responded immediately to any queries. The morning breakfast was honestly refreshing before our day trips. P.S. Angelo makes a great cappuccino.
By far, our favourite accomodation during our 8 weeks in Italy. Great position, very close to the station & only 10mins walk to the heart of Sorrento.
The rooms were lovely, modern, spacious & the bathrooms we amazing, we even had our own balcony. Very comfortable indeed.
Excellent place - very spacious, gentle host, modern... best place in the whole Italy trip by far. I would go there every time. Location is the only caveat (maybe 4-5 blocks away from the Sorrento center, but nothing too bad)
