Can’t fault the location, it’s perfect. As soon as you exit the hotel you are steps away from restaurants, shops and bars. We had booked a garden view room but got given a sea view which was great, as we had gorgeous views to look out to each morning. Breakfast was also great, lots of sweet and savoury options and the staff were lovely at the restaurant, making sure you had a coffee/ drink etc. Pool area was also great and relaxing, reasonable size but there are plenty of beds which catch the sun at different times of the day. Price of a drink round the pool is €5.50- €15 depending on whether you want a soft or alcoholic drink. Food at the pool bar was also reasonably priced between €13-16.

We have been to Sorento many times, having married here 5 years ago. The friendliness, scenery and array of restaurants make this place so enjoyable.

Nice hotel with great accommodations and the little city is so nice to walk around and shop. People are friendly and not pushy. Willing to help anyway they can. Easy to walk the town. Food is fantastic. We must go in July since educators is our profession. But would like to see this place in March or October.

Sorrento is a good spot with good restaurants, shops and bars. Unfortunately the beach is average and expensive. The beach is at the bottome of a steep hill so going back up the hill is tough. There is a lift to the beach which you will need to pay for.
If you want better beaches then head to Positano.

Very safe city.
Very safe city. It offers a lot of excursions so you don't have to stay in the city. The whole city smells of lemon, which is also the symbol of the city. Most of the beaches are paid for, but there is also a public one where we personally swam. All recommendations, we'll be back again!
Everything, we had an absolutely brilliant stay, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly we stayed in three different places during our time in Italy and Sorrento flats was our favourite. The staff go out of their way to help you and extremely clean rooms it was a great surprise to come back to the room and everything was packed so neatly. We would definitely stay here again and it is affordable the service and quality is excellent, thank you Luigi and staff for such a wonderful stay and being so helpful.
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We were staying here for our Honeymoon and had the absolute best time. Location is ideal, the staff is incredible (especially Francesco at the rooftop bar!) and the room was stunning. We booked the suite and the photos absolutely did not do it justice. The room was beautiful with a massive balcony. Can't recommend this hotel enough! We will for sure stay here anytime we come back to Italy.
One of the best stays in Italy (and I've been here more than 10 times). Villa is exceptional, very well furnished, clean. View is amazing. The only problem that its high up in the mountains and you have to take a taxi or walk for 30 min to go to Sorrento or the beach, but everything else makes it worth it
The location is really good, 10 mins walk from Main Street Sorrento!
The staff were very helpful and really lovely! The pool is nice and the pizza is sooo good, one of the best we had in Italy!
