IrelandIt was a great experience to stay at Panariello Palace for 5 nights. We were delighted by the lovely interior of the hotel, its daily cleaning service. The rooms were warm and spotless. Very comfortable bed. We had a free shuttle to and from the hotel and Agerola centre where there are lots of restaurants open until midnight. The staff were helpful, professional and very nice. The owners are very involved in the upkeep of the hotel and in providing various services to the guests. It was refreshing to see so much work and love put into making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place.

GermanyWe stayed here as a family with three children, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is new, everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept. Our youngest shared the bed with us, and it worked out perfectly. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive – he made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the train station, and a short ride brings you right into the city center. There’s convenient parking right next to the hotel (for a fee).
The location was also very convenient for day trips throughout southern Italy, including the beautiful Amalfi Coast – a perfect base for exploring the region.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, pleasant, and family-friendly stay!

The staff was amazing, with Simone welcoming us in on the first day, to the breakfast staff and daytime staff being extremely helpful throughout our 3 night stay. A beautiful property in the heart of Capri. Also they organized a boat tour for us which was amazing, pay as you checkout etc.
Hopefully we return in a few years time. Thanks for everything, Kieran.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were a group of five friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—it's within easy walking distance of the ferry port, making it incredibly convenient to explore the Amalfi Coast by boat.
The staff were exceptional. They were available 24/7, always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable.
The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every area was clean and well organized, and the views were simply breathtaking.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back!

This is a lovely resort for a family holiday. Right on a lovely beach, we had a very comfortable apartment. It is in a small secluded area but a 20 minute walk (up steps but manageable) brings you to the lovely town of Vico Equense. There is also a shuttle bus almost every hour up to the train station. From the train it was v easy to get to Pompeii or Sorrento. (Using the local Circumvesuviana train route). It is also handy for trips to Capri or along Amalfi coast.
Restaurant on site is spectacular, and there are 2 or 3 other good options next door.

Beautiful hotel with private beach. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and stylish. Many room have fabulous views.
The on-site restaurant is good. There are other places in the same cove to eat. Roof top bar which is open in the summer has stunning sunset views.
We had a big, confusing group and the hotel front desk staff patiently solved everyone’s problems. They were great and helpful.
I loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

We had a one night stay at Domo 20. It’s in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Vico. Mario at the front desk was super helpful and saw to our needs. The roof top bar is lovely, we enjoyed a drink while looking at the sun set behind Ischia.
Our bed was very comfortable and toiletries were abundant.
Breakfast was a lovely spread!!

Best place ever you never have to leave. It had carts to take you to your accomodation site on the camp it had a pool, Mini mart, restaurant, private beach, bars, kids programme, night shows, shuttle bus that runs in to Sorrento every 20 mins. It was honestly the best place and for it all to have stunning views and nestled in amongst the olive trees. It was perfect

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, everything from the service to the views. This is a must stay when visiting Sorrento. Honestly, the hotel has it all, service is impeccable, rooftop bar, pool, spa, private beach all inclusive and a yacht… what more do you want… close location to everything it’s a perfect stay, home away from home but better.

Amazing experience !! Spectacular view of the sea from the terraces and the infinity pool watching the sunrise and the capri island !! The staff were polite and helpful. We visited Sorrento after spending some time in Amalfi and...
We visited Sorrento after spending some time in Amalfi and Positano, and it was a completely different experience. We were actually very happy that we had left Sorrento until the end of our trip.
Compared with Amalfi and Positano, Sorrento felt quieter, less crowded and more affordable. It was also much easier to walk around and explore at a relaxed pace. There are plenty of beautiful sea views, lovely open-air gardens and nice places to stop and enjoy the surroundings.
After the busier atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento was the perfect place to slow down and finish our trip. We really enjoyed the more relaxed atmosphere and would definitely recommend including it in an Amalfi Coast itinerary.

We have stayed here before but in the five star hotel which has access to the beach/ harbour for restaurants and day time leisure. You have to be very careful choosing the hotel as many of them are remote and there are no footpaths

Loves being on Amalfi coast.
Loves being on Amalfi coast. Wish we had more time to enjoy the towns. My granddaughter had her heart set on Capri so we spent most of our time there but certainly love the people and food on Amalfi Coast.

Was defenetly not overcrowded despite the high season and went several times to an excuisite restaurant in front of the dome,IL CANTUCCIO, with a large terrasse with a straw roof cover and imprennable view on the sea. The menu card is quite limited but the food and service are excellent !

Piano di Sorrento is a charming, peaceful town away from the crowds and tourist bustle. It offers beautiful views, wonderful sunsets and a small archaeological museum with a lovely garden where local concerts are held. A perfect place to enjoy an authentic, non-touristy Italian experience.

It's a nice little town.
It's a nice little town. Although there are plenty of tourists there, it also has residents living there. It's got a good beach and a good selection of restaurants. You can get wherever you want on the circumvesuvio railway. The only down side is getting there from the airport, there's only the one bus.

Kitchen is a bit small if you plan on cooking every meal but you don’t need to. Affordable local restaurants are walking distance and the best food we had in Italy.

Amazing place to stay with your family or friends. We enjoyed every moment in the villa. Perfect location to visit Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill allows to enjoy lovely dinners in the terrace with the sea view. Moreover, pool and lemon tree garden allows you to cool down from the heat. And finally, Pino is such an amazing host! He helped us with everything we need, from finding best restaurants around to having some music in the villa.

Sorrento has some lovely spots.
Sorrento has some lovely spots. It is very busy so important to plan where you want to go. Great variety of restaurants and bars.
Taxis are very expensive but bus network good and easy to walk to most locations.
Initially thought distances were long but once orientated it is quite small.

Vico Equense is quite small and hasn't got the big choice of restaurants and shops you find in Sorrento, however it's size means it's not overcrowded like other towns. The train station is easily accessible and the trains are regular between Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento. The trains do get very busy and incredibly hot in summer so do not travel from the airport with your luggage on one. The air-conditioned Curreri Viaggi bus can be easily booked in advance and goes from the airport all the way down to Sorrento stopping at Vico Equense.
