I chose this hotel mainly for its gorgeous view outside the balcony. The room is big, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. To get an overview of Sorrento, you have to stay at some places higher, that's why this hotel is located on top of the mountain. The receptionist is kind. Remember to greet with the cute fat cat, which is happy to be touched by you!

The location was excellent, right next to the bus stop and railway station but in the meantime it was very quiet. There was a great view from our room and the staff was very friendly

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were a group of five friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—it's within easy walking distance of the ferry port, making it incredibly convenient to explore the Amalfi Coast by boat. The staff were exceptional. They were available 24/7, always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every area was clean and well organized, and the views were simply breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back!

Lovely family run hotel with a wonderful history. Very welcoming and always very attentive to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property has a lovely pool overlooking Sorrento and Naples bay which is wonderful. Very quiet location as well. Ideal for relaxing away from the busy tourist spots.

This hotel is in a lovely location within a 20 minute walk to Sorrento. We had a wonderful few days here.We particularly appreciated the excellent food, attentive staff and heated swimming pool.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice, it is 10x more beautiful in person. The staff were so helpful and were there to answer any questions. Breakfast was 10/10!

Even though our stay way short (only one night) we really enjoyed it! We were upgraded to a room with seaview and the staff were extremely friendly and serviceminded - they even remembered our name! The location is great, just by the ocean. We had a drink at the terrace watching the sunset - what an amazing view! We would absolutely recommend this place!

The staff was amazing ! From the first moment we stepped in the reception the gentleman at the desk was super nice, explained everything we needed to know and at breakfast (great breakfast by the way) another gentleman gave us advice for nice places to go and was super nice as well. I recommend it at 100% !

We had a one night stay at Domo 20. It’s in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Vico. Mario at the front desk was super helpful and saw to our needs. The roof top bar is lovely, we enjoyed a drink while looking at the sun set behind Ischia. Our bed was very comfortable and toiletries were abundant. Breakfast was a lovely spread!! We definitely recommend Domo 20

Stunning hotel in a great location. Peaceful place with very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our Silver wedding celebration.

Staff treat you like family. Lovely spa and sea view gym. Beautiful views from the rooms and various lounge areas and restaurants in the hotel. Free Shuttle runs to the station so don’t need a car.

The facilities, the service, and the restaurant were all perfect. Everything was clean and I always felt like I was being treated. Needless to say, the restaurant was the best. They grow almost all the ingredients they need for cooking themselves in restaurants. It's touching. I'll definitely come again.
