As a solo traveler, my stay here was truly remarkable. From the very first moment I opened the door, I was greeted with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sunrise — a sight that made every morning unforgettable. The house is blessed by nature, with sunlight, fresh air, and even the sea nearby, making it not only a perfect holiday escape but also a magical experience overall. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available with useful information and optional services that made everything easier. Very kind, flexible, and welcoming, going above and beyond what I could have expected. The hospitality and warmth exceeded all my expectations. This stay was much more than accommodation — it was part of the magic of this special place. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and an authentic, unforgettable experience.

The hotel is very clean and modern, Giorgio and all staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them! Location was good next to station with easy access into main Sorrento town. Breakfast with homemade cakes were especially delicious!

The views,the hospitality, the location, the staff were amazingly attentive . This is a GEM of a hotel and I will tell all friends and family...PERFECT!! They are located in the heart of Capri ...Next door to Prada😍. All the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The location couldn’t be more perfect - set just steps from the heart of Capri, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It made exploring the town, catching transport and wandering the laneways effortless. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out. The team helped with our bags straight away and welcomed us with refreshing drinks and treats which was such a thoughtful touch after travelling. Their local knowledge was exceptional, especially the recommendation to try a traditional, family-run restaurant Gelsamina in Anacapri for lunch. It ended up being our favourite meal of the entire trip - authentic, warm and full of charm. Breakfast was perfectly fine, nothing overly elaborate but enough to start the day. The room, however, was a true delight—bright, beautifully kept, and full of that classic Capri character that makes you feel instantly on holiday. Overall, Piazzetta Diefenbach blends location, comfort, and genuinely caring service. We would stay again without hesitation.

It was fantastic. Great views. Beautiful culture, area, lots to do. Kitchen is a bit small if you plan on cooking every meal but you don’t need to. Affordable local restaurants are walking distance and the best food we had in Italy. Try Eugenia. - restaurant a bit down from the church.

Most definitely need a car as public transportation is not...

Most definitely need a car as public transportation is not close enough. Need to be a confident driver to navigate bends in road and local drivers going too fast. Fair sized Conad supermarket about ten minutes drive in S.Agata. Can’t really walk anywhere because no pavement About 20 minute drive to Sorrento.
