I had wonderful days staying at the Hotel Giosué a Maré! The view of the sea is simply spectacular, a true painting of nature. The staff is extremely attentive, with special mention to Valeria and Paschoal, who made all the difference in our experience, always with great friendliness and care. About the food: the hotel didn't promise anything... but delivered everything! Each meal was delicious, made with care and quality. It was an incredible stay, with great comfort, hospitality and good energy. Without a doubt, I recommend it and hope to return soon!

We stayed here as a family with three children, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is new, everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept. Our youngest shared the bed with us, and it worked out perfectly. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive – he made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the train station, and a short ride brings you right into the city center. There’s convenient parking right next to the hotel (for a fee). The location was also very convenient for day trips throughout southern Italy, including the beautiful Amalfi Coast – a perfect base for exploring the region. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, pleasant, and family-friendly stay!

The Hostel is very clean and comfortable, very good location, amazing view from the terrace. Rooms were clean and spacious. The reception and staff is very kind and always ready to help if needed, very positive energy. Especially the girls who served breakfast were really cheerful and always smiling. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

The property is truly exceptional – elegant, spacious, beautifully designed and full of character. The rooms are extraordinary: incredibly large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and much more impressive in reality than we expected. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The entire property feels like a private Italian villa rather than a typical hotel. What made our stay especially memorable, however, were Roberta and Claudia. They are absolutely fantastic hosts – incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality is something very special. The combination of the spectacular rooms, beautiful pool, peaceful surroundings, cleanliness, attention to detail and outstanding hospitality makes Gargiulo Suites a real hidden gem. We would return without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay near Sorrento. Lovely family run hotel with a wonderful history. Very welcoming and always very attentive to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property has a lovely pool overlooking Sorrento and Naples bay which is wonderful. Very quiet location as well. Ideal for relaxing away from the busy tourist spots.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. Could quite literally cure depression.

A very good clean hotel exceeded our expectations. Parking on the street is possible and parking is free overnight.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were a group of five friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—it's within easy walking distance of the ferry port, making it incredibly convenient to explore the Amalfi Coast by boat. The staff were exceptional. They were available 24/7, always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every area was clean and well organized, and the views were simply breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back!

This hotel is in a lovely location within a 20 minute walk to Sorrento. We had a wonderful few days here.We particularly appreciated the excellent food, attentive staff and heated swimming pool.

Loved the location and hospitality of staff.

I chose this hotel mainly for its gorgeous view outside the balcony. The room is big, you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. To get an overview of Sorrento, you have to stay at some places higher, that's why this hotel is located on top of the mountain. The receptionist is kind. Remember to greet with the cute fat cat, which is happy to be touched by you!

Recently stayed in the property and have to say it was outstanding. Our room had brilliant aircon and excellent shutters/curtains which made for great sleeps even during the heatwave. Staff were excellent and very quick to respond on WhatsApp when requesting to book the shuttle, which was included in our stay. Our checkout was early and they ensured we got a breakfast box to go which was a very kind gesture. Overall a lovely place to base when visiting sorrento and all along the amalfi coast!!
