Prime location, spotlessly clean, beautiful decor and surprisingly roomy for this city, excellent staff and amazing customer service (great advice for restaurant, took care of luggage, arranging transportation and parking, extra kid room... well beyond expectations). Very nice breakfast

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Napoli. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent.

Oh my goodness! After 28 days traveling this was one of my fav hotels. Insane view, pool area abd roof top patio bar area. Felt like a millionaire! Plus as its an ild monestry you can explore the ‘kept rooms’. We had a roim wirh a seaview and was sad to go. The value for money and superior to the other sorrento and napoli accomodation. Amazing!!! We had to leave at 6am and they even pacjed our breakfast to go!

The hotel is an oasis in the mist of the chaotic city center of naples. Everything works properly and on time, the stuff is super kind and helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was actually very big, with big wardrobe and 3 huge windows that had a view in the city center, the capodimonti hilll and the botanical garden. The water pressure and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was absolutely perfect!!! Since it was really cold these days in Naples, we enjoyed this a lot. Also the breakfast is value for money. A lot of sweet options and a few savory (this is quite normal in Italy, to have a sweet for breakfast). Extra bonus: They stuff was also flexible when we requested to add breakfast only for one person of the room.

The room is basic but spacious & the location is amazing in the heart of everything. The staff are so lovely & extremely helpful. They were very kind & accomodating. Even the security guard was very lovely & helpful.

Location Location Location. Right within the Historical centre. Right next to Restaurants, Sights, Bars, Shops..The convenience of this apartment hotel cannot be overstated. 3 Mins walk to the hop on Hop off buses, Tour buses etc 12 minutes walk to the harbour to catch ferries to amalfi, Sonatano, Capri. 10 Mins to the Metros, Taxi to Napoli Central Railway station are 4 mins walk away as cars are not allowed on the street. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. Marianna of the front office gave me good advice on booking train tickets then helped me book train tickets to Rome. the other staff were all so helpful and polite. This is a 3 star aparthotel and all the basic amenities are available. Clean spacious room, Hot water, towels.

The hotel is located within a few minutes walking of the metro station, hop on/hop off station, and the port. You are close to town while still a bit quieter. After having spent a week in Naples, we can’t think of a better location to stay. We had the room with spa bath, which as huge and comfortable. A bathroom with two showers and two sinks. Never have we had such luxury for such a low price. Pillows were really comfortable. Marble floors everywhere. High ceilings. The tiny balcony had a view of the street the hotel was on and the gated-off yard of the building. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of freshly baked goods. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Two minutes walk from the metro station and Toledo avenue with full of restaurants and shops. Very large and clean room with all facilities. Would like to stay there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had an amazing time there. When we went to breakfast they already knew our coffee order and room number - this level of service felt very nice! The room wasn't the biggest the hotel had to offer, but I still felt we had a lot of space. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was very central and easy to reach by bus and underground from the airport.

This was my first time in Naples, and I didn’t know the area very well. I wanted to stay somewhere central, and I had quite high expectations for this hotel. It is a small hotel, but what really caught my attention was its unique location inside the Galleria Umberto, as well as its beautiful, classic, and distinctive décor. I have to say, it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and quite unique, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast was always very kind and attentive. Angelica at reception was also extremely helpful and friendly. I was given a room upgrade (junior suite)because the room I had originally booked was fully occupied, and they gave me an even better one. So, thank you very much for that! The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a lovely view of the city. The location is perfect, as it is close to everything, and being inside the Galleria Umberto is definitely one of the highlights. It almost feels like a little peaceful escape from the busy and lively streets of Naples outside. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast has a great variety of options, and I really enjoyed my stay.

It location was excellent, the lift worked well which you need if you do not want to climb three floors using large marble steps! The room was excellent, loved my balcony & the level of my genie was very good. The staff spoke some English was a bonus as I do not speak Italian! Excellent overall.

Very warm welcome from the minute we walked in through the doors, very helpful, first a lady at the desk, after a gentleman looked after us, didn’t really catch their names.
