Every single thing is perfect

This hotel made us a couple of amazing days in Napoli after visiting all the islands of the gulf of this pulsating city. We are pleased to highlight the friendly, sociable and accommodating staff with top service as well as the outstanding kitchen in the restaurants, run from and inside the hotel like Otto and Elements. We further enjoyed fabulous risings of the fullmoon in front of Vesuvio and Capri from our balcony as well as uncomplicated and right away room services. The rooms have lots of space and the breakfast is delightful, especially if you love homemade cornettos and cakes in napoli style :) Catching a taxi right from the hotel to the airport was as easy as possible. Napoli itself is a fantastic city. Many thanks for having us :)

Our room had a fantastic view of the sea, which was very relaxing to wake up to. The bed was very comfortable with a mattress and pillows of memory foam. The breakfast included delicious cakes and the level of service was excellent. The best part was the proximity to the tony neighborhood of Chiaia, with elegant shops in restored buildings and nice cocktail bars. Very positively surprised about how beautiful a visit to Napoli can be when in a very clean and organized hotel.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel for making our trip so memorable. Special thanks to Marco, Marina, and Sabrina—they were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs. It was thanks to their dedicated assistance that our "shaky" day trip to Capua was successfully carried out. We weren't at all sure we could pull it off, but they made it happen. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, right next to the Hall in a very safe area of Naples. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and you can even see the harbor. The breakfast was a highlight—the view is simply unbeatable, and the food selection was incredibly rich. We truly hope to stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

The location was excellent, and the morning breakfast came with a stunning panoramic view over the city of Naples. The room was clean and well maintained. the staff were attentive, friendly, and very welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable overall.

The staff and the Restaurant the rooftop bar and especially the waiter in the restaurant was amazing! Fantastic breakfast and very good and fast room service!

It was situated on perfect spot near to everything

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and extremely well-equipped. Plus, it is located in a very central area close to Galleria Umberto and it is easily accessible by metro.

The hotel is located in the middle of the spanish quarter and just steps away from the main shops on Toledo. Lots of restaurants close by and great for taking strolls around the quarter in the evening. Hotel can be easily reached from the airport by Ali bus and subway, and is close to the subway to connect to the main railway station. Breakfast is just wonderful, lots of choices. Love the little private patio. Staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

The staff was super nice! My flight was delayed and they responded super promptly even at a very late hour and were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Federica! Also the location is perfect as I was looking for an overnight stay to catch a ferry to Amalfi early the next day. Pro tip: Book it online in advance as I missed the first ferry due to it being fully booked when I tried 2-3 hours before it left.

The room is big, the bathroom is too, and it's clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The location was the best!

The room is basic but spacious & the location is amazing in the heart of everything. The staff are so lovely & extremely helpful. They were very kind & accomodating. Even the security guard was very lovely & helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had an amazing time there. When we went to breakfast they already knew our coffee order and room number - this level of service felt very nice! The room wasn't the biggest the hotel had to offer, but I still felt we had a lot of space. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location was very central and easy to reach by bus and underground from the airport.

Location is top! Center, close to everything! Room was spacious and even if its balcony was on the street and i was afraid for the noise, once you close the window you can hear nothing ! Excellent choice this one !

Super attentive staff and beautiful decorations

This hotel is truly fantastic in every way. The location could not be better – right in the centre, with its entrance inside the Galleria Umberto. On the fourth floor, with the lift. Once you are up there the place is exactly as lovely as it looks on the photos. The rooms are wonderful and spacious, the bathroom is roomy and very comfortable, and everything you might need is right at hand. There are bedside sockets, reliable Wi-Fi, high ceilings and beautiful décor. The thick curtains block out the light at night, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. And a special word about the staff, who are there around the clock – incredibly friendly and genuinely amazing people. They made my stay truly unforgettable. I strongly, strongly recommend this place and I am sure I will come back!

It location was excellent, the lift worked well which you need if you do not want to climb three floors using large marble steps! The room was excellent, loved my balcony & the level of my genie was very good. The staff spoke some English was a bonus as I do not speak Italian! Excellent overall.

The location was ideal, just steps away from everything. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always responsive to our needs. I’ll definitely be returning!
