This hotel is in a great location. We were right near the centre and right and in the middle of the island which mean is was really easy to get to either side. The hotel itself is lovely. It has a really nice pool and the room was amazing.

Stunning Hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. Beautiful pool area surrounded by lovely gardens and mature trees. On arrival we were welcomed by Federica who checked us in and provided a lovely cold drink - this was very much appreciated as it was a hot day! We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom and lounge area - a lovely surprise! The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious - eggs made to order as well as pancakes and various other hot options. The buffet offered yoghurt, cereal, cold meats, fruit juice cakes and fresh fruit. Coffee made to order. A lovely way to start the day. Staff provide funicular tickets and organise the luggage porter service if required. Federica was amazing - offering her assistance and providing information on the ferry as we we were unsure if the ferries would be cancelled due to the weather. This was very reassuring and made for a relaxing stay on Capri. Thank you so much Federica. Everything was amazing - a lovely tranquil oasis on Capri!
Everything at the Relais Maresca boasts a typical Capri style: the rooms with Vietri tiles, its beachfront position, the panoramic terrace with views of Mount Vesuvius, the excellent cuisine.

Capri was our favorite place in the Amalfi Coast. Super classy and we would have stayed longer but our trip was already booked and planned. Everything about Capri is magical!! The people, restaurants, shopping etc. Taking a private boat tour was the best! The taxis are so different and everything is beautiful!! Capri our new favorite place!!! Not sure if its super kid friendly as it has a lot of stairs, ups and downs and strollers are probably not easy to handle. SUPER CLASSY!
Restaurants the we recommend (reserve) Panorama, Capri, Genario. The best pasta we ate on the whole Amalfi Coast was at the Panorama restaurant. Super recommend Capri. We were there for only 3 days and should have stayed at least 5.

We love Capri.
We love Capri. This was our second time on the island and we will be back next year. It has so much to offer, beauty, history, culture and so much more. It is about a 50 minutes ferry trip from Naples or Sorrento and well worth the journey. When you arrive either get the Fornicula or a taxi to Capri Town. We walked it on our first visit and to say it is a challenge is an understatement 😅 We would recommend a visit to the Villa Margherita for exceptional food. It is minutes from the La Floridiana Hotel and the owner Pietro D’Emilio always has a warm welcome.

Never leave Capri without visiting to Monte Solaro.
Never leave Capri without visiting to Monte Solaro. Take the 12 minute chairlift to admire Capri more. You will have the 360 breathtaking view at the top of Monte Solaro. Avoid the peak season of summer to get to the Blue Lagoon. Unless you want to wait 2 hours under the sun for the long line to get inside.

Beautiful island with exciting history and plethora of interesting places to visit. I recommend boat trip around the island with swimming stops, Augusto’s gardens, Villa Saint Michele and just to stroll around the idyllic streets of Capri. Unfortunately, many hotels, restaurants and other services have overpriced themselves during the past few years which seems to impact the number of visitors staying overnight. With more reasonable pricing and keeping some level of service attitude, more people would definetely come and enjoy Bella Capri for longer which is really recommended. For eating out, try Bagni di Tiberio’s restaurant for lunch (you can also stay for beach) or Ristorante Il Geranio Capri which has great views and good quality food and service. For apero, Il Piccolo facing Piazzetta is recommended - pricy but stylish with nice salty snacks together with your spritz.

It has become too over crowded and way too expensive.
It has become too over crowded and way too expensive. Still gorgeous, but difficult to get around, sometimes hard to find a cab and certain places can only be reached by foot. So if you are older or not in good shape it can be very challenging. If you can afford to stay in one of the very expensive hotels then it is great.

Capri was exactly what I had imagined and more.
Capri was exactly what I had imagined and more. Wandering through the narrow, cobbled lanes was idyllic. Take the time to explore Anacapri as it has a different feel - It’s more artsy. If you’re looking for somewhere to watch the world go by then Capri is the perfect location. It was very easy to get around the island using buses and the funicular train, there are queues at busy times when cruises/ferries arrive and depart. The chairlift ride to the highest point is worth the visit - there is a restaurant at the top which would be missed, along with the spectacular views, if you go straight down without getting off the chairlift.
The Manager met us at the Ferry Port and took us to the lovely Hotel. He gave us lots of information and recommendations during our stay in Capri. The views were breathtaking, the breakfast location and food fantastic, lots of homemade goodies on offer! Wine on the terrace of an evening so lovely. The photographs on site do not show off just how wonderful a place it is, the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would stay here again.
We’ve stayed on Capri many times over the years and stayed in all the ‘big hitters’ and I have to say that this hotel beats many of them. The infinity pool is stunning, beautiful views and such a lovely location. The staff were all fantastic and attentive. Very central but in a quiet spot. We really loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.
The location is very good, centrally located between the Grand Hotel Quisisana and the main square / Chiesa di Santo Stefano. The flat offers enough space and is very cosy. The roof terrace is a great place to spend the evening. The cost is quite high but for the conditions on Capri the price/performance ratio is unbeatable.
Costanza was such a nice host, helpful and fully devoted to make our stay a wonderful experience. Value for money was excellent for Capri terms and I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to explore beautiful Capri without overspending on the posh hotels. We will definitely come again.
As I knowed the location of the hotel by forehand I didn't mind that it was a upphill and a bit off from Capri center. I just needed a fairly good hotelroom for a resonable sum and that is what I got.
