Beautiful clean modern fresh hotel. Excellent staff that go out of their to help. Hotel is within a quick walk to train station, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good also. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication with the host from booking up until departure. Mattia provided a video of the room, clear instructions for check-in, and helped me book a taxi all prior to arrival. On arrival he was extremely helpful with showing me the facilities in the room and provided recommendations on sightseeing in Naples. He even went the extra mile and provided a tour of the city on his motorbike. The apartment is in an old building and the elevator requires 20c to operate, but coins are provided by the host. The room was very new, clean and spacious. Cleaning and replacement of towels was provided even though I did not request it.

The accommodation was not only clean and comfortable but also appeared to be recently renovated. The bathroom was spacious and equally well-maintained. Prior to our arrival, we received a welcoming message via WhatsApp, complete with a detailed video guide on how to reach the property. It's important to note that many buildings in Naples have an older, less maintained exterior. This property was no exception, requiring a lift to the 4th floor which was exterior as in most buildings in Naples and a few steps down to access. However, the interior lived up to our expectations. The reception staff, especially Maria Chiara and Francesca went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready early due to our flight's early arrival. The young receptionist Chiara greeted us warmly, offering valuable tips for dining and sightseeing, complete with a map. She was also thoughtful enough to provide her personal contact number for any urgent needs. The concierge service of the property, available until late evening, was both friendly and helpful. Conveniently located just two minutes from the Universita metro station and a mere three stops from Piazza Garibaldi, there is a stop right there number 11 in case you take the hop on and off bus. In all, the neighborhood was safe for evening strolls and provided easy access to the historic center and the seafront. The reception's daily check-in messages were a thoughtful touch, often missing in hotels or other accommodations. Overall, the location was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Naples.

We stayed two nights at Duomo 152 Napoli, marking the beginning and end of our trip along the Napoli-Amalfi coast. On our first night, despite our late arrival, Domenico warmly welcomed us for check-in. The next morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast in our room, complemented by breathtaking views of the Duomo di Napoli. On our last day, having returned to Napoli, we arrived a few hours before the scheduled check-in time. Rosario graciously allowed us to leave our luggage and even facilitated an early check-in, which enabled us to explore the city freely. He also organized a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and prime location. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and within walking distance of all major sites, our stay felt just like home. An unforgettable experience!
