I stayed at your hotel with two friends and we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient. Upon departure, we found out that our flight had been cancelled, but Mr. Francesco remained incredibly calm and helpful. He truly thought along with us and immediately came up with possible solutions — which was very reassuring. The beds were comfortable and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and kind. It was a great experience to stay at Panariello Palace for 5 nights. We were delighted by the lovely interior of the hotel, its daily cleaning service. The rooms were warm and spotless. Very comfortable bed. We had a free shuttle to and from the hotel and Agerola centre where there are lots of restaurants open until midnight. The staff were helpful, professional and very nice. The owners are very involved in the upkeep of the hotel and in providing various services to the guests. It was refreshing to see so much work and love put into making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place.
