Nice location , clean Perfect

Exceptional experience! The hotel may not be brand new, but it was impeccably clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly — truly top performance. The location is outstanding: just a 4-minute walk to the port, from where we took daily trips to Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas are all within easy walking distance. Everything you need is right nearby. A wonderful stay, truly memorable!

Breakfast is at the restaurant under the hotel where you also check in. I didn't realize breakfast was included but there are many sweet roll options and a type of yogurt which was also good.

Lovely breakfast central location

Very good location close to the beach and the ferry if you are planning to go to Amalfi. The room was clean. Comfortable beds. The host was very attentive and gave us great suggestions on everything from food to how to experience the amalfi coast.

Everyone made sure we felt as welcomed as possible. Antonio from the restaurant made our dinner special with his food and wine suggestions and we had really pleasant conversations any time we encountered him. Front office staff acknowledged it was my fiancee's birthday and did a trick with welcome drinks so they had time to upgrade our room and send a birthday cake along with a bottle of prosecco. It was a touching moment for my fiancee and we are definitely coming back.

Location. The beach is literally across the street! The place is very quiet and peaceful. Bed is comfy.

Beautiful location! Really nice beach directly in front of the house! The house is spacious, and the hosts were super very friendly and helpful.

Very close to station, bustling street with great food and drinks, waterfront and boats are also very close. Short walk to the beach. The check in and check out very easy. Lucy was exceptionally kind and accommodating, helped us out of her way.

We had a spacious double room. The hotel is in a great central location as well, very close to transport links, restaurants and bars. The continental-style breakfast is very good! We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Salerno and the Amalfi coast.

The stay is very close to the train station.. and the host is super helpful.

It was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was really nice and helpful (the reception and cleaning ladies). :) Room was spacious and very clean :-)

Everything is fine, we liked it, the rooms were quite clean and tidy, and my wife and I were met by a nice woman who checked us in earlier than the appointed time. She also informed us about many things regarding the villages and transport on the Amalfi Coast, so thank you🫶

If they have offered green tea packets and a sugar. It would be nice

Met on doorstep, very central and just a short walk to the railway station, room large quiet and spotless, shower fine and continental breakfast was more than enough. Donato was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave our big case with him while we came down to Sicily - even though he did not have a vacancy for our return. Brilliant - very many thanks.

The communication with the staff regarding check-in was very smooth and easy. The instructions for accessing the property were clear and well explained, which made the arrival process hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay in Salerno at Maison Barriera. The location was ideal, our room was a good size and very characterful, the shower had great water pressure. We felt like the room was extremely good value for the price. Giuseppe and Anita are wonderful hosts, they really went the extra mile with lots of little extras and were so kind, friendly and helpful with our queries and requests.

Location was amazing right in the heart of the main square of the old town. The terrace overlooking the square was great for relaxing after a busy day exploring. Super comfy beds too.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is exactly like on the pictures. Location is in the centre of the town. 10/10

The apartment is very clean and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Really nice location! I would definitely recommend!

The location is directly in the city center and you only walk 15 minutes to the harbor. The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. There even were some snacks as well as tea and coffee. The check in was fast and we could even leave our bags longer in the accommodation when we left.
