the receptionist was so attentive and provided us with information and anything needed above and beyond our requests. the villa was absolutely spotless, modern, pristine, and equipped with all upgrades for comfort, and included everything—and if not, anything needed was supplied upon request. it was absolutely amazing and we were so impressed with everything! not to mention the view and location for us was the best on the island!

Thalassino Ageri is a wonderful family-run space. I've stayed in a range of places in my years in Greece. I am always most drawn to the most basic and wholesome. Thalassino Ageri delivered. Room was spacious for a solo traveler, but could easily accomodate 3 as advertised. Balcony was splendid. Bathroom is small for American tastes, but I found it perfectly suited. It reminded me of a Greece that is seldom found, today. I loved every minute of it. Beach is 5 minutes away (Gialiksari). Coffee is 10ish in Voukari. If you want a wide selection of food/restaurants, you'll have to go to Koressia, which is a 20-minute walk. If you want to get away from it all, this is a great space. Owners are wonderful.

We stayed here one night before heading up towards Loulida for a five night stay and two nights afterwards before leaving the island. We regretted not staying at Hotel Karthea for our entire stay on the island. The facilities are clean, the staff is professional and kind, and the location is excellent.
