This is a lovely family-run 'boutique' hotel, situated on a unique (family) historic location, within walking distance of the Milies square. The rooms are very spacious and completely renovated recently with great devotion. They provide ample opportunity to enjoy the copious breakfast inside or on the balcony. One can also enjoy the sunny view from the terrace next to the waterfall, with coffee and home made pie from the bar next to the hotel. The hospitable hosts are also most helpful in giving advice to see and experience the best that Pilion has to offer.

Everything The property is very well organized We received a very warm welcome at the midnight and the room was so comfortable and had best view. The shower had very strong pressure and the Internet was good. Konstantinos ans his mother were so nice and kind as well as the housekeeping lady with beautiful smile. Breakfast was very good and they made the best tea for me(a serious tea drinker) and I enjoyed it very much.

Everything was great. Great place. Nice terrace. Close to the seaside, restaurants and shops. Great place to visit after the summer.

Good location close to the beach with private parking, large spacious rooms cleaned with kitchen, furniture a bit outdated for the picky but for us it was ok. I recommend quality price. Thank you.

Beautiful interior design throughout. Our room was gorgeous. Large comfortable bed. Pretty balcony with bougainvillea. Rain shower head in the shower. Everything is perfect. Quiet location, we were able to park our motorbike right out the front 2 mins walk to the beach.

A quiet place , very clean , daily cleaning , very kind host . The room had a gorgeous mountain view . The village is very quiet , friendly locals . The sea is clean and quiet . Sunset in wonderful . Pelion is a magical and blessed place with magnificent landscapes and special energy . For lovers of nature and tranquility . Thanks again ! İ'm waiting to come back.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. The landlady is very kind and solved our requests very quickly.

Great location, well designed big rooms, very good bathroom, nice towels. The rooms were not too hot, due to the stone house which was good to sleep without AC.

Very nice appartment, on a beautiful location close to the beach. Friendly people. The place is very tidy and hygiënic. The pool is also very welcoming on a nice warm day.

The place is basic but great value for money, clean and tidy and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Staff was extremely helpful and nice! Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach.

The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our host was very kind and responsive. The place is super close to the beach but also on a quiet street. You can park on the street if you come by car.
