Exceptional Hospitality – More Than 10 Out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As the owner and host of a similar accommodation business myself, I know exactly how much work, dedication, and genuine care it takes to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I can honestly say that everything was exactly as it should be. The property met all our expectations, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. The staff deserve more than 10 out of 10, and Ms. Alexandra deserves special recognition! She goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that every guest feels comfortable, safe, and well looked after. One particular moment truly touched me. One evening, when a severe storm broke out, Alexandra actually called us to check whether we had managed to return safely before the storm hit. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! This was not simply good customer service — it was genuine human kindness and concern for her guests. As someone who works in hospitality, I know the difference between simply doing your job and truly caring about the people you welcome. Alexandra is a wonderful example of what genuine hospitality should look like. Everything was perfect, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this property. Thank you, Alexandra, for reminding me that the most important part of hospitality is not just providing accommodation, but making people feel genuinely cared for. If I could give you 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! ❤️

Lovely stay at Volos Palace Hotel, having done air bnbs around the islands, was a fab bit of luxury at the end of our trip! We even got upgraded which was a great bonus, with dressing gowns and slippers and a big balcony. We were really rather tired so ordered room service and the food was excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for us, thank you so much.

I highly recommend going to this hotel and staying in Volos for at least a couple of extra nights. If you’re traveling to the islands and have to go through the Volos ports then this is the hotel for you. The room was almost double the size we were used to in hotels in Athens, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was big, the view was amazing, they had great bathroom products, and the toilet paper ply must have been a four because it was thick. The fact that they put so much effort into their rooms is clearly shown.

Five minutes after getting off the ferry we walked on the street and walked right into this gorgeous apartment that had two beautiful beds very clean compact and gorgeous bathroom with a washing machine and a cute kitchen stacked with coffee sugar teas it was exactly what we needed and the fridge had water waiting for us! Soft beds, cozy sheets, I can't say more how wonderful this apartment was with perfect air conditioning very fast WI-Fi and the most comfortable beds - if we come back through Volos again I'm only booking this place, it's absolutely fantastic and about 50 meters from the apartment is a great meat lover's steak restaurant so I recommend that too - just an awesome place to stay in Volos.

Everything. I arrived late, past 01:00 am after a delayed trip and after my odyssey this proved to be my safe haven. Such an amazingly beautiful stone building with integrated high teck and a room with modern furniture and equipment for longer stays. Ultra clean that you could eat from the floor so to speak. The host was one of the friendliest hosts in existence and didn't hesitate to offfer help even in the after hours and made sure my needs were met even when i checked out. I will visit again as soon as i get the opportunity. My go to place in Volos.

I stayed at Ermou Residences with my boyfriend for about 11 nights while visiting my family in Volos. We rented one of the biggest apartment sizes which came with a balcony! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was very modern and clean, with a lovely shower/toilet, TV (with streaming services eg Netflix) and a very comfortable bed. Little things like a hairdryer and iron as well as kettle and towels just made our stay feel all the more comfortable and like we were in good hands. We particularly enjoyed our balcony especially at night looking over the busy Ermou street. The location was excellent right next to the church of Agios Nikolaos, coffee shops, supermaket, pharmacies, you name it! The beautiful port of Volos was within walking distance as well. I would definitely come back in the future as well as recommend Ermou Residences to friends visiting Volos.
