Clean and stylishly appointed room. Modern bathroom and kitchenette for basic needs. Very clean and great location just a 5 minute walk to centre of town.

Great location in Volos, a short walk away from lots of cafes/ restaurants and the waterfront area. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, well equipped and had a huge balcony. There’s a covered parking area in the back (though it can be a bit tricky to maneuver if you’re the last to arrive, as it’s quite tight).

Everything was perfect , verry good price and verry nice located , i will defenetly come back here next time.

Everything was good location, the room. Water bottle was cold..fruits, little think like little bag in toilet makes the difference. Hot water,nice air conditioner..

We had a great four nights in a deluxe apartment which was perfect for us at the end of six weeks travelling in Greece. Very central, modern, new, clean and comfortable. Great wifi, easy to use washing machine, great balcony. Close to the town centre, supermarkets, tavernas and cafe. We highly recommend these apartments!

The accommodation is perfect. We stayed 1 night, but it's also great for longer stays. Modern and new apartment, extremely clean, very comfortable and large bed, kitchenette has everything you need, even a coffee machine and all other necessary little things. (coffee, salt, sugar, dishwashing liquid, papir-towels...) The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is excellent, in the center, near the port, there is a supermarket and a shopping area nearby. Private parking is available, which was important to us because we came by car. Kudos to the girl who welcomed us and explained everything we needed. Communication with the accommodation was excellent. Really all praise and recommendation for using this accommodation. A very modern and nicely located apartment in the centre of Volos. It really had everything you need for a short stay. The check in process is really easy and communication with the staff was very straight forward and easy.

This place is perfect 10 out of 10 !!! There should be a grade 11 for places such as this one! Everything was clean, spotless! I have never been at a place that have been cleaner! Also everything is done with care and thought and love. Every detail. This place has everything you need. To cook, to eat, to rest. Everything is new. The internet wifi connection is high quality and very stable, even though the speed is not the fastest. But I was able to have video calls with screensharing without any problems. The owner is such an amazing guy, a real friend! He helped me with my special request, which I appreciate so much, and even helped me a lot after I was no longer his guest ! A truly awesome person, who was always there available to assist.
