Gorgeous Boutique style hotel perched in the mountain. Lovey decor and feel to the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. The suite was lovely and well equipped. Breakfast on a lovely patio with gorgeous views was very good with options to choose from . So relaxing with beautiful views from pool area.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The location is absolutely perfect, offering seamless and immediate access to a beautiful beach and beach bar (Serenya beachlounge), which made our vacation incredibly relaxing. Our room and the common areas were spotlessly maintained and clean throughout our stay. We experienced warm hospitality and exceptional service. All staff was always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and offered a great variety of options to start our day perfectly. Overall, my experience as a guest exceeded all expectations. Every single detail was handled with care, making it an unforgettable getaway. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a flawless stay and I can't wait to return!

We adored our stay here, the views from our balcony were absolutely stunning and we definitely felt like we'd found a real gem. The couple who own the apartments were so lovely and welcoming, making sure our rooms were spotlessly clean every day. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed being able to explore the quieter side of the island and all the beauty that it has to offer on a quad bike. We really hope to come back in the future and words really can't express how amazing this place is.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this wonderfully equipped villa. Nestled in the hillside amongst the forest, the views were incredible and we had some lovely walks - including up to the local winery. The hosts were the most thoughtful people we have ever stayed with. Everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The location is absolutely marvelous! The villa sits at the very top of the island, just a few hundred meters from the mountain’s highest point. The garden is beautiful, and the views of the main town and neighboring islands are simply breathtaking. The hosts are wonderful people—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with any questions or needs. I highly recommend Villa Gem!

We loved this cosy villa, well equipped and clean. It is a more secluded location, but we had a rented car, and it was perfect. It has a pool clean and well mainteined, which we enjoyed. The host was very kind and helpful.

The Villa location is on the top of the island and have amazing view over a green part of the island and the sea! The proterty has a great arhitecture, is very confortable with modern furniture and everything that you need at your disposal: towels, pool towels, beach towels at your request, shower gel and shampoo 2 in 1, body lotion, soup, air condition in all rooms including kitchen, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine and laundry detergent, everything that you need in a kitchen, dishes, cutlery, paper towels, pans, various kitchen tools, nespresso caffe machine, a big fridge with freezer and a tv in the living room! The outdoor has many spaces to relax…around the pool, at dining area! Lucia, the host, was very helpful from the moment we booked our stay, until we left! She was always available when we had questions about anything…restaurants, beaches, wi-fi, shops! She invite us at a barbeque organised by her and her staff, we only buy the meat! The barbeque area was higher than the position of the Villas and offered a fantastic view on the sunset! We recommend to those who want to relax!

The accommodation is a hidden gem. We've travelled by car as a family of 2 + 2 kids. We've easily managed to cover island's top beaches and the port by car from the location. However, last 150m to the parking could be challenging as it's steep but still manageable. Communication with the host was great, keys were collected remotely at location. The hut is tastefully decorated and provides all that is required incl. kitchen utensils and coffee machine. Terrace and views are amazing, feeling surrounded by sea & nature incl. wildlife.

We loved our stay at the villa. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The views are incredible and it really feels like you are in your own little piece of paradise but it’s accessible to all parts of the island including town, the airport and stunning beaches within a 15 or so minute drive. Vlatko went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make our stay memorable. He gave us lots of tips on where to go and even went to the trouble of fitting a safety gate on the stairs as we have a baby and toddler. We’d definitely come and stay again!

Fantastic villa with amazing indoor and outdoor space. Excellent facilities, comfy sunbeds and so many different seating areas. Stunning views, peaceful and excellent location. Fun drive into town and to the beaches!
