The owners were exceptionally easy for us to get in touch with and they were very keen to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The location is very quiet and also central at the same time. We couldn't have imagined a better location. A little tip from us - ask for a sunset photo on the terrace. Wonderful view.

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

Located just 600 metres from Skiathos' Port, Niso Skiathos provides accommodation in Skiathos Town with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a lift. At the aparthotel, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Our stay was very pleasant and the accommodation was great. While there are trash bins outside, the soundproofing is good, so it was never an issue. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to the main street. We also really appreciated Chris’s recommendations for beaches and restaurants, which made our experience even better. The room was cleaned daily and kept tidy and neat. Many thanks to the staff who took such good care of everything during our stay. It was great that we had coffee is a compliment each day during our stay. It was also a nice touch that toiletries and shower essentials were provided for our use.
