Great location, cozy balcony with beautiful view, The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to our needs. Nice breakfast, with homemade pies! Plenty of space to park your vehicle. Would visit again!

VERY SIMPLE BREAKFAST PERFECT LOCATION

Nice breakfast, large room, comfortable for 3 people. Surprisingly big bathroom but the shower could be a little bigger. A safe was provided. Bonus the hair dryer! Comfortable and warm beds. Always hot water to shower.

We spent 3 nights with our family in this wonderful house. A beautiful, quiet place. The house has everything you need. Cozy, well-thought-out interior. I would especially like to mention the sensitive and hospitable hosts who took care of a snack for tired travelers. It was very nice! Very responsive people, always ready to help with advice and deeds. You can find a lot of entertainment nearby: hiking in the forest, a lake with various attractions, taverns, other routes by car. A great place!

Everything about this hotel is just WOW!! Breathtaking views, amazing accommodation, the nicest staff and the food was incredible. Our only regret is not booking for longer. But we will definitely be coming back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this guesthouse and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She was incredibly thoughtful and caring, especially toward our children — she brought them games to play with, which made them feel right at home. She even did our laundry for us, a gesture that was deeply appreciated and shows the level of personal care she offers her guests. The owner also provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and authentic restaurants nearby, which allowed us to experience the area in the best possible way. The homemade breakfast was outstanding — fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. Hot water was available at all times, the rooms were warm and cozy, and everything was very clean and well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view with snow-covered peaks — absolutely stunning and unforgettable. The location is also perfect, within walking distance of authentic local restaurants. Overall, this guesthouse offers exceptional hospitality, comfort, and a genuine personal touch that is hard to find. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

The beautiful location in the quiet village of Pezoula, the cosy atmosphere in the Stone House with a dining room full of delicacies both to eat and to drink and homemade and offered to her guests by the charming hostess Dora. The breakfast with homemade bread, delicious preserves, goat butter, eggs, cakes, pies and so much more is something to remember, as well as the interesting conversation with the hostess who offers you advice on what to see and where to go. The room with an open fireplace is very cosy and furnished with taste. The view from the balcony is splendid. You can park your car on the property. Two restaurants are 100 m away and can easily be reached on foot. We will certainly return to this place!

We loved having breakfast in the sunny beautiful balcony. The house was very cozy and we loved having a fire. We were very comfortable and the communication with the host was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Ersis Retreat House with our friends. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touch of having the fridge stocked with food and drinks — something we had never experienced at any of our previous stays. Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely recommend Ersis Retreat House to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would be very happy to return! 😊

Owner responsiveness late at night to a problem.

We are very pleased with our stay at this location. Very friendly and helpful owners, a clean , large , room perfectly decorated . We will surely visit again. There is parking for the car, and the location of the facility is very strategic, some one has everything in short distance. We can only recommend it .

One of the best hotels we ever stayed with my wife. Impressive building, like a modern palace, which is filled by artifacts and ethnic exponates - all with a great taste. You can walk there for an hour or two and admire various details and decorations. Good breakfest with everything needed in the morning. The dinners have been delicious: we had two times trout (tired of meat from previous restaurants:) with excellent local white wine. The views from the hotel and around are splendid: a beautiful lake surrounded by gentle mountain landscape, pine forests. Visits of open sky sculpture museum and a coffee on the terrasse of another hotel of the same owner are the musts. Nice car trip around the lake. Spa is also very good. Impeccable service and personal.

Excellent place to stay! Incredibly clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The house was warm and waiting for us with the keys in the door. We met Dimitris and his wife later and they were hospitable and friendly. Quiet and beautiful location with lake views from the balcony. The property is exceptonally well designed and constructed with quality materials....just like a home from home. Highly reccommended and we will definitely return.

Lovely, welcoming hosts. The triple room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was simple, but good. The hosts were genuinely lovely people who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Incredibly good value too.
