An excellent hotel, brand new, with amasing views of Livadia and the surrounding hills. Large rooms, clean, comfy beds. The location is excellent as it allows you to walk a few steps down and be right at the KRYA springs, rivers and ponds as well as cafes, restaurants. The main part of Livadia (main square with all the stores and more restaurants) is only an additional 5 mins walk. The hotel has an excellent underground garage so once there you do not really need to worry about your car anymore. Breakfast was great. As the manager (George) said "here we do not cook, we create"; he was absolutely right. The staff (all the staff) were extremely polite, helpful and upbeat. We spend two great days there, every night out at tavernas with live music, great wine and great food. All in all, a great hotel to spend time in Livadia.

Peggy, the lady in charge, was more than helpful, giving loads of information about what to do and see, and special events taking place in Livadeia that weekend. The apartment was spotlessly clean, brand new, decorated with a great sense of style. The double bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in at a hotel/rented apartment! The water from the shower did tend to go everywhere! Kitchen beautiful. Homemade cake and cookies were offered together with juice, bottled water, coffee, sugar etc. Coffee machine, kettle. Location excellent, quiet, central and next to river Would very happily stay here again and recommend to friends

We had a very pleasant stay, as the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, which made getting around very easy.
