Comfortable room with a lovely view of the coast especially at night. The hotel still retains the charm of the era when it was built. It is very well located on the edge of Delphi town with parking. It’s an easy walk into town for shopping, which although are a bit touristy souvenir shops, we still managed to find some lovely keepsakes. Easy access to Delphi museum and Sanctuary, which are both incredibly worth the overnight stay. Thre charioteer is the most magical sculpture in the flesh! The town of Arachova is a 15 minute drive and is great for an authentic meal and unique shopping.

Brand new villa which was only completed in December. There were one or two issues with cooking utensils and the air con units but the owner responded and fixed all of those issues within half an hour. Villa is otherwise well appointed and a fabulous space for 2 people. 4 people with large suitcases may struggle a bit but there are plenty or cupboards and wardrobes to put stuff away. More than ample parking space for at least two cars. It's also a great location for attractions in the local area.

The location is excellent, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our two-year-old wheelchair user had a fantastic time, as the entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

We loved the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, all amenities available, fully equipped and so central. Walking distance to bakery, grocer, pharmacy and restaurants. Good ac, good wifi, quiet bedroom and easy parking right outside the door! Very friendly owner, can't fault anything.

A truly wonderful experience – highly recommended! My wife and I stayed at Limni Boutique Resort for one night, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed. We were warmly greeted by Theodor and Helena, who immediately made us feel at home. We came to celebrate my 50th birthday, and after welcoming us with such kindness and a big smile, they surprised me in the room with an amazing birthday cake, ice cream, fresh fruit, a candle and a sparkler, prepared by the hotel’s chef. They even sang “Happy Birthday” to me. I was truly touched by this thoughtful and unforgettable gesture. This is just one example of the exceptional care and attention we received from the wonderful team. Kiki was also amazing, keeping in touch with us before and during our stay and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is charming, spotless, beautifully located, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is right there, and it is conveniently close to all the lovely restaurants. Limni is a magical little place. Don’t hesitate — this is a perfect boutique hotel with amazing people who truly care about their guests. We would love to come back!

The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet residential building. The entrance lobby is beautiful with marble floors and decorative plasterwork walls. A tiny concertina-shutter lift takes you up to the second floor. The apartment is tastefully renovated with high ceilings, clean decor and new appliances. The bedroom is separate to the open plan kitchen-living space which we really appreciated, having previously stayed in lots of studio apartments.
