We loved the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, all amenities available, fully equipped and so central. Walking distance to bakery, grocer, pharmacy and restaurants. Good ac, good wifi, quiet bedroom and easy parking right outside the door! Very friendly owner, can't fault anything.

So beautiful place with everything you need in the middle of town. Easy to walk by the sea Only thing is that the balcony is rather small with no views but it’s really understated because you are in the middle of the town Parking is tough but the is the parking place near and we managed to get place there

Location was perfect, in the city center and quiet at the same time. The host was very polite and friendly. A clean and tidy apartment. We had an issue with the bed. It wasn’t very stable, there was some problem with the slats. We informed the host the next day and he immediately brought a carpenter who fixed the problem. Something we really appreciated was that he also gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. A true professional. We will definitely choose this place again.

I had a fantastic stay at this property and would definitely come back. The apartment is fully renovated with great attention to detail – the furniture is all new, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything felt modern, fresh, and super clean. It’s also fully equipped with everything you might need, which made the stay very convenient. The location couldn’t be better – right in the city centre, close to everything. Self check-in was easy and smooth, and the property felt very secure throughout my stay. Great value for money!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this flat! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The flat was impeccably clean and had every amenity we could have wished for. Little details, like chilled water waiting in the fridge and three different types of coffee to choose from, really elevated our experience and put a smile on our faces. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Nick was a fantastic host, always responsive and eager to help with any questions we had. Central located in the city of Halkis and best point to start the daily trips to the surrounding areas. Few steps away from the promenade. Very warm welcome in the appartement by preparing cold water in the fridge and coffee (mocca and nescafe) for the first mornings. Extraordinary clean.
