The location cannot get any better, next to all amenities. The host has been a charm during a 10 day staying. Functional AC, kitchen, fridge, refrigerator, toaster, hot water. Excellent view with just enough of a far buzz to feel you are on vacation. Cleaner than any hotel I have been...and I travel a lot.

A great value for money option for a short trip! The place was on a very nice, quite estate with a lot of trees and a lot of parking spot options. There are only a few rooms and everyone was so respectful that you almost felt that you stayed there alone even though all 10 apartments were full. Basic accommodations are provided including towels, clean sheets and hand soap. Eretria is a good base to explore beaches and villages nearby and quite close to athens as well.

View on mountains and sea almost in 360 from balcony (3rd floor) and literally 1 min walking distance from the sea. Positive points: Very kind welcoming helpful staff. Spatious room, that would fit a family of 5 (5 bed spaces, 1 king bed, 3 single beds) and super spacious balcony with seavview. Perfect accommodation for a short over night stay in Evia. Perfect location between Chalcis and the beach, located 1h20 away from the Athens airport. Hotel near very cool beach bars cafés and restaurants, walking distance from sea.

The best place to stay in summer for holidays near the beach! Everything was perfect and the owner very hospitable!

Great vacation environment, with a private beach and pool area . Food and beverages were good and more than enough throughout your stay. Buffet varied day to day. The staff was welcoming and friendly . The room was as described and the facilities well maintained. A great getaway from the city but yet close to Athens .
