A beautiful spot in a quiet & tranquil bay

Close location to Linaria Port and location on the beach. The wonderful hospitality and kindness of the owner - very supportive and helpful. He went out of this way to make a fantastic experience abd was very insightful about Skyros culture and history, with great oersonal recommendations. He even did free pick-ups and drop offs to Skyros Town

New modern apartment, with enough place for four people.

The owner was very friendly and she was also very helpfull for a late check-in and for a little later check-out!! The rooms are quite and they have a beautiful view. We recommend this cosy and relaxing holiday rooms.

Felt like a cute little home and was nicer than I expected. The check out was at 12 and not 11 like most of the places these days which gave time to do some sightseeing in the morning leaving the stuff in the room.

The rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and style, adorned with modern furnishings and soothing tones. Waking up to a view of the sparkling pool from my window was a treat for the senses. And speaking of treats, the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a range of delectable dishes that satisfied every craving.

Great location, with sea view and direct access to the beach. It was very clean, well equipped and the host was very friendly.

The room was very clean and quiet. There is a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals or make drinks etc. there was a sandwich maker and a hot chocolate maker. I stayed somewhere else on the same strip of beach a couple of years ago, which cost far more and it was not as good. This is exceptional value and well placed for the beach and town.

There were many amenities in the house and that made us feel like home! Marina, the host was really thoughtful and helpful! She even brought us a homemade jam, which was really good! The location was excellent if you want to enjoy the original Skyros' life/ vibes along the narrow streets! The car cannot enter the old town of Chora, but there is a free Municipal parking around 5 minutes (uphill) walking from Katoi! Go for a walk or shopping until midnight, and make sure to take your breakfast in the traditional coffee shops! Everything is 2 minutes walking from there! You will might need the car if you want to go for a swimming, as there are a lot of beautiful beaches all around the island!

Loved everything about our stay, from the thoughtful care of the renovation to the provision of all the useful things you'd need for the kitchen, to the two small balconies and the calm location so close to the life of the village. Our hosts even provided us with fresh apricots from their tree and a pot of jam! The personal touch is what makes this lovely location - a traditional Skyrian home modernised for travellers today - stand head and shoulders above the crowd. It is light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The walk down to the sandy beach and back up was not onerous, and you have all the amenities of the village at your fingertips - the best combination to get the most out of a stay on this lovely island. Travellers should bring shoes with good soles as the village cobbles have been polished by many feet! The photos are true to life and the place never felt cramped or small. I can't give this fabulous accommodation enough stars!

This is a very clean, cute little house. It was cool and comfortable. I did not need the air-con that was available. I was able to walk to the centre of the village from the property. That said, this property is only suitable for people who are fit and sure footed. You don't need heels on these streets. I found a great little place for breakfast 'Tzogia'. The street was also perfect during the day for siesta, with no passing traffic.

The accommodation is amazing, every detail is perfect. Marina is an excellent host.
