We liked almost everything about our stay. Although Malia is known as a party destination, the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it very relaxing, while still being close enough to easily reach everything. It’s also near the old town, where you can find many authentic Greek restaurants. The staff deserve a special mention — they were truly wonderful, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about their guests. They made us feel welcome from the very beginning and were always ready to help with anything we needed, which really made a difference in our stay. The hotel is also perfect for families with babies and small children. The pool area includes a kids’ zone, the outdoor kitchen has a highchair available, and cots can be provided in the rooms upon request. The sunbeds around the pool are also fantastic — very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and we also enjoyed the outdoor gym and the convenience of the large parking lot.

Everything was amazing, we felt really great. Vicky, the owner, is the best host we have ever met - she was always available for useful information and best advice for our needs(and also for best cocktails and bar/restaurant service). The rooms were big, very clean (two really nice ladies are taking care of the rooms each morning) and with a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast had everything we needed: coffee, fruit juice, milk, a variety of eggs, cheeses, salami, vegetables, fruits, pastries and yogurt with many toppings. Malia old town (with very good restaurants) is at a walking distance, just 10 min away down the hill, so this was the perfect stay for a quiet, yet close to action holiday.

beautiful building very modern, bed was comfy and was an actual queen bed and not two singles pushed together which is a rare sight. the bathroom was really nice and shower had great pressure. We could literally walk out of our room to the pool. loved the set up and was a decent location 15 min walk to everything. the staff were so nice and also had a super market connected so that was very convenient. Overall loved it and would definitely book again.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel – I'd give it a perfect 10 stars! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool was just as pristine. The rooms were big, which was wonderful for families like mine. The kids' beds were ultra-comfy – far better than typical sofa beds. It was such a pleasant surprise that each child had their own cozy bed. The entire staff, including the owner, were incredibly warm and helpful, always there with a smile. Amanda and the owner in particular, was a true gem. The hotel's location is a winner – peaceful yet conveniently close to a variety of restaurants in the central area. Close to Amazing crystal clear water beach Potamos beach - with blue laggons What's more, it's just a quick 25-minute drive from the airport. And that pool? The view of the mountains and trees is simply stunning. It's an oasis of relaxation. In a nutshell, this hotel is an absolute dream for families. Impeccably clean rooms, super comfy beds for the kids, great location, a gorgeous pool with an incredible view and the cherry on top super friendly and attentive team – I Highly recommend it!

I had originally booked a one bedroom to have some separation with me and my friends, however when I arrived I was unsure if my friends would come so they offered me the brand new villa in the backyard with the understanding that my friends may show up at any time so they gave me an extra bed just in case. This Villa was amazing I had my own separate space from the hotel with two patios and views for days not only that but I was Steps from the pool and outside cabana with endless drinks. The staff aka at family was always at my becking call ready to assist in any way they could I had everything I needed the entire time, if I go back I will 100% stay here again even with all the choices in Malia. As far as location it is in the prime area Steps Away From all of the restaurants and nightlife however it stays relatively quiet, it is the perfect place in my opinion

NO KIDS! Absolutely tranquil, lovely property with multiple beautiful pools and a perfect private beach. Doesn't feel like mass tourism, it feels local and we loved the classic stone architecture. There is no bad location on the property; everything is close to a pool or restaurant or beach. From minute one the staff was friendly, welcoming, charming and made our stay amazing. WiFi worked surprisingly well everywhere, even the beach. The spa was an elevated experience with quality services and products, and a beautiful facility with pool, sauna and steam. We loved playing tennis and were grateful for the option (note €10 court fee.) Housekeeping was fast and thoughtful, and generous with bottled water. A lot of staff we encountered provided nice service in both English and German, which impressed us. Our room was newly renovated with marble fixtures, great water pressure and comfortable bed. Nespresso in the room and coffee on the private terrace made mornings magical. The all inclusive aspect is handled elegantly with room numbers not wristbands, and it's always clear what is included.

Despina at the pool bar was fantastic- she made us so welcome and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. All staff were lovely and welcoming and helpful. Pool area is brilliant and ‘made’ the holiday and the location is great - close enough, but away from the main Malia mania.

Communication was excellent and they couldn’t help us enough ,really looked after us for the whole trip . Can’t wait to go back . Girls first holiday they sorted transfers out . Responded to every email very quickly . Would definitely recommend and stay here again

The view was espectacular, the staff, the room was soo clean. Perfect stay for a family with young kids. The restaurant had nice choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner just few steps from the pool. Thula and her family went extra mile to help us organize our activities. Thank you for make our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended

The Hosts Giannis and Iliana was exceptionally nice to us, their unwavering kindness throughout our stay made myself and my friends feel very welcome and apart of their family. The rooms was cleaned and looked after, The cocktails Giannis made were very very good i recommend trying if your interested. 100% recommend staying for a holiday here

Despite its unassuming appearance and location this hotel was excellent.Staff at reception were welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful.The standard of accommodation was very good,the decor was very pleasant and the pool area very attractive.I stayed there an extra 3 days.Location very close to town centre and all facilities.

The experience was incredible. It has a family atmosphere and the people are super kind. The accommodations are excellent and the view at the pool is paradisiac. Definitely planning to come back next time we return to Creta. Also the homemade food they offer was delicious and cheap. Best option to stay at when you go to Malia!
