Nice modern and clean suite. The property ground were super well maintained. The kitchen had nothing missing, best stocked kitchen we seen from cutlery to pots and pans. In addition there was red and white wine and a basket of goodies. The bathroom again had everything you expect from a 5 Star hotel...bathrobes, toothbrush etc. The host was very kind and even brought us yummy dessert as a welcome. I did the Athens Marathon and the location was ideal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! Emilios is an outstanding host, honestly one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We even forgot some personal items and he made sure we got them back the very next day. Incredible service! The place itself is breathtaking. The house is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the huge garden really makes the property stand out. The interior is super cozy and perfect for spending time with friends ,it has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Location-wise, it’s just 300 meters from the beach, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 🙌✨

I don't know where to start... Eva and here family are wonderful people. So welcoming, so caring. The apartment is new, beautifully made, very well equipped and very comfortable. The terrasse is so pleasant after a day out. The bathroom and the kitchen are luxurious. The natural environment is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The hotel is so close to Marathon village and the proximity of the main road is not an issue at all ; you don't hear it. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area.

The host was extremely welcoming, super super warm, incredibly friendly, no words are enough to describe how pleasantly surprised we were. It was like we were family long departed and now reunited. He showed us the room, recieving us earlyer than the check-in time(because our schedule changed), ready to make any changes we would ask for, even thou it was nothing extra to ask for, because everything was incredibly awsome. !!! Oh, worthy to mention: We had this great room located across the street from this nice tavern wich had live music late in the night. I thought it'll be noisy and will be hard to sleep, yet the room was so quiet. Those doors are great, they successfully keep all the noise out. Can't wait to return and we deffinately recommend the place to anyone.

The location was very beautiful,it is very close to supermarket, taverns, Museum Marathons, bakery shops, bus stations, church and other public facilities. Hosts Mrs Flora ,Mr Mihalis and their son Constantinos was very helpful, kind, generous and make our stay comfortable.We enjoyed the sea and the beach around was very beautiful ,” Skinia beach”was 11min with the car .

The house was perfect with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It is obviously someone's loved home and it is equipped with all you need from the kitchen to sun loungers and bikes. Marathon Bay was really nice and a trip up to the end of the bay is recommended as is the Museum where the staff are so knowledgeable. It is well placed for the ferries from Rafina and the Airport. Thanks Jolanta and Dimos.

True getaway in every way. Located in a quiet village of Grammatiko, away from the main road, offers you a quiet, yet stunning environment to enjoy your vacation. Awesome garden and stunning scenery that surrounds this property will leave you in awe. You will miss a lot if you don't come to see and enjoy :)
