Accommodation in Marmari

We loved this oasis of a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning of our stay. Nothing was an issue for them and they had great recommendations for what to see on the island. This resort, however, is that kind of place where you will want to spend the majority of your stay at Kos. The beach was splendid, with great views, clean water and sand, and very comfy beach loungers. The walk to the beach through the sand dunes was a bliss on its own. The pool was also very nice, clean and comfy and when it was a little windy (mind you, it was the end of October), the pool offered a cozy alternative to the beach. The room itself is beautifully designed, the beds are comfy, and there all the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the outside area of our room/bungalow with lots of options to sit, lay, chill, do yoga. One could also take a quick dip in the shared pool. There were days where we left the room only to go to eat something because we didn't feel like leaving this home away from home. Food options were solid. Breakfast was truly amazing, featuring local and fresh produce. The other food options were also yummy, albeit a little expensive. Last but not least, we found it really lovely that the hotel organized all sorts of cozy and laid back events, such as movie nights, free yoga classes and more. We will definitely come back.

The rooms were beautifully clean and very large. The pools and outside areas were also kept to a high standard and the staff were always happy to help with anything needed. The food and drinks provided with all included were a good standard, especially considering what we paid for our stay.

Melons, bottle of a wine as a “welcome drink” in fridge and cows not far from balcony, so you have a nice view 🐄😍 very good temperature inside (air conditioning not used often) and every day new towels and empty trash can. Silent place.

Everything was excellent: friendly and polite staff, the vibe of the place, the location (free car parking, easy to get to every place of this beautiful island- in the middle of Kos and Kefalia, easy to access all locations), next to horse riding farm and lovely beach. It was our first long holiday together as a family of three and it was perfect! There were two areas for children to play and the swimming pool- kept our child occupied all the time! If we ever consider coming back to Kos - we will definitely stay here again!

First of all, we did not have in any way specific needs, the hotel advertises itself as 4*, but is more of a 3* at the moment. Reception: Nice, friendly, we were supposed to arrive at 14, arrived 11:55, check in js at 15. We got our all-inc bands immediately and the room key (physical key, only one for 2 people) in 15 minutes, 10/10 experience. Duvet on request (by default you have only a bed sheet on top of you) in the middle of the night, no problems. Rooms: Small, minimalistic. No place to sit, small 50cm table, table and chairs only on the balcony. AC working, balcony had insect net, but there is a pretty big gap under main door. Dark curtains were perfect, no light coming inside. Kettle only available upon request w/deposit, no coffee maker in the room. "Minibar" consists of 2x0.5l bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival only. Fridge is hardwired to "away" electricity switch, so not chilling when the room is locked. Hotel area: Small, construction work being done all the time, non-disruptive. Everything nicely together, dining room/bar/pool, so you don't have to take an uber from a pool to your room as in other resorts. Pool area is nice, plenty of beds, umbrellas, everything pretty clean, small amount of debris/insects in the pool throughout the day, could be cleaned more than just in the morning, otherwise all good. Location: Quiet neighborhood, beach a few meters away, one small tourist shop, which is great if you dont like snacks and drinks in the hotel. I understand for certain clientele, it is enough, and maintains the cost/value ratio, but i've seen better 3*s in this price range.

Beautifully furbished, everything new and clean. The kids loved the private pool

The apartment was very clean, with air condition, and hosts very nice. They have welcomed us with some jam and wine from kos and help us with anything we needed during our stay. Plus, the location is perfect for kite lovers. Very near to different kite spots so you cant miss the wind. Kos city is at 15 min by car, were you can easily park in a free parking, so its perfect. We recommend it!

The Beach Lovers Caravia Beach Hotel is a dream come true for any beach lover. The moment I stepped onto the property, I felt a sense of tranquility wash over me. The hotel's beachfront location is simply unbeatable, with soft, golden sands and crystal-clear waters that stretch out as far as the eye can see. The pool area is equally impressive, with comfortable loungers and a refreshing bar serving up delicious cocktails. But what truly sets Caravia apart is the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. I particularly enjoyed the daily beach activities organized by the hotel, such as yoga and water sports. Overall, my stay at Caravia Beach Hotel was an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and soak up the sun again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything looks exactly like the pictures - or even better. The beds are really comfy, also the furniture outside is not just really stylish it's also really comfy. We loved to relax at the pool and listen to the sound of the palms in the wind. We've cooked in the kitchen, we had everything we've needed. The house is very well equipped. And Sia, the host, is super friendly and will support you if you have any questions or needs. We will definitely come back!

The hostess was so friendly and open to help with anything you need. All the facilities were good, it was easy to make your own food at the apartment and the location was really good. Don’t have any complaints. I was honoured to get to be the first guest staying at the apartment!
