Accommodation in Monolithos

We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was quite nice, large and we loved our heated private pool. The complex is well maintained and tidy, the staff were very friendly. As mentioned in previous reviews, the location is a bit more remote on the eastern part of the island, which meant we were away from the overwhelming crowds in Santorini, but still close enough to drive anywhere within 10-15 mins. Fira is very close - about an 8 min drive, with lots of restaurants, shops and sunset viewing spots. A rental vehicle is definitely a must if you want to explore the island.

Nice team, nice room, in the best place in Santorini to see the sunrise. There is an amazing restaurant next to in the beach and it’s close to the airport.

Zack, the hotel manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our stay super accommodating and was a blast to be around. Let alone, the great suggestions for places to eat and things to do.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The room and facilities were spotless, and the breakfast was varous and absolutely delicious. What really made the difference was the staff – everyone was kind and helpful, and Haris in particular went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Great location. It's only 20 minutes away from the capital, easy to get around by bus or rental. Peaceful and relaxing time. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with for any questions or advice. Pool cleaner Ben really nice guy, gave us tips on places to go and eat out. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday then would definitely recommend.

Second time staying at this hotel, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they gave us some great recommendations for food and local hotspots. We even got a room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The breakfast is amazing, especially the best Greek yogurt and lots of fresh food. The hotel has such a peaceful vibe and a great location. I’ll probably come back to Santorini just to stay here again!

Excellent facilities, pool was fab and staff was so helpful

The Villa was very well.proportioned with three huge bedrooms with comfortable super king sized beds, tvs and all with their own adjoining bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean inside and out with daily pool clleaning and housekeeping. The outside area was cleaned early in the morning but quietly, and inside at around 11am The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to self cater. The location is very close to the airport and although it is a little removed from the busier areas of Fira and Oia, Monolithos has a quiet beach and lovely restaurants. We had a car and it was only 7 minutes into Fira and 20 to Oia. It was the perfect spot to explore the island and come back to a nice quiet area with our own pool. Spyros was there to great us and give us any information we needed and was at the end of the phone if we had an questions. Don't be put off by any negative reviews, they are completely unfounded (yes the planes fly overhead but it really causes minimal disruption). Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

The property was a three bedrooms and two bedrooms villa with a one bedroomed apartment. We were there for a multi generational family holiday and wedding. The Villas were beautiful and well equipped with plenty of outside space two pools and lots of bathrooms. Vera our house keeper came in every day and was very attentive.Beautiful views over the sea and countryside and very peaceful.

Villa was excellent having a private pool was bonus

Perfect location. Beach is just few meters and not crowded. House is neat and clean and big enough for a family. Friendly host and tried his best to help us.

Handy location to the airport, huge home, very spacious. Anna organised a transfer to the airport for us and also picked us up from the car rental company after we returned our car. She was very helpful and communication was great. Thank you!

If you want a perfect vacation, choose SEASIDE SERENITY HOUSE in Santorini, by the beach!!! You will meet the host, Maria, a lovely lady, she helped us with everything(catamaran trip, restaurants recommendation), she made our stay even better.The house it'a a gem, brand new construction, comfortable bed, Miele appliances in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, from the house you just step in the sea water. The villa itself is great, looks new and clean and the view is amazing, right at the sea. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but no one was complaining about the noise either, as we were on a girls trip. The swimming pool and beach beds were great and we even used the bbq. I also really liked the treatment that we received from the staff. We had food in our fridge just in case we had nothing to eat on the first day. The cleaning was always on time and the host was always online and happy to help with any questions. He also booked taxis and gave recommendations if needed. Thank you for that

The host Egzim was absolutely fantastic. He treated us like his own family. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he looked after us very well even providing us with free transport when a problem arose. Manos met us at the airport and arranged a Catamaran trip for us. Everything was very smooth and he was only a phone call away if we needed anything.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation. All clean and extremely presentable! Our host Theoni was extremely careful and attention wise was perfect. The jacuzzi was amazing. To note and thank for the snacks and gifts provided by Theoni, we deeply appreciate! Will return and recommend of course!

The staff were a highlight of the stay. Big shoutout to the reception crew for always having a smile on their face. We always felt welcome when coming back, and when we needed help with anything, they truly wanted to do their best to help. The room was beautiful and very clean. The terrace opened up to a smaller pool and behind that was the stunning main pool area. The pool bar offered a good variety of drinks and food. The smoothies and pinsas were very good! The location was perfect for us. Right next to the airport and Kamari. We rented a car (that we could park free of charge in front of the hotel) so getting around the island from here was a piece of cake. Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve had. Thank you 🫶🏻

The pool area with music and DJ it was fun to dance in the pool area, the food is great and the waitress are so nice and helpful

Great quiet location, nice ambience and good parking space all at great prices. All facilities are available and nice breakfast.

Our stay at Stamatina’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. The breakfasts were always delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a wide variety each day. A special thank you to the lovely Eva — truly a magical girl! She was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Beautiful both inside and out, she added so much to our experience. The entire team works together like a perfectly tuned mechanism, making everything run smoothly and comfortably. We were especially grateful for the help with car rental, restaurant reservations, and suggestions for local experiences — it made our stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. I’m so happy I chose this place for our holiday. The time flew by, but the memories will stay with us. We will definitely recommend this wonderful home to all our friends and family. Extremely beautiful location and infrastructure. Spa was absolutely fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and beyond helpful and proactive to provide us with the perfect locations for our experience. The rooms were lovely and it felt like it was a secluded stay. Not a single flaw. The private pool area was perfect too.
