The bungalows are located on a large plot of land, full of trees and flowers. Approx a 5 minute walk on a dust road and through beautiful sand dunes to one of the most amazing non organised beaches in Greece. The water is one if the best in Greece, totally clear and of turquoise colour. It's the location of the most ancient submerged city in the world, ideal for snorkeling. Its a Natura area.The bungalows are new, two-spaced. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed with bed sheets made of Egyptian cotton. Also the pillows are very comfortable. The sitting room has a sofa that extends into two single beds. Very well equipped kitchen, everything in the room so clean and tidy. Both spaces are air condtioned.Hot water is available at all times, the shower having very sufficient water pressure. The room is cleaned and the bedsheets/towels changed every other day. Also the veranda is spacious, ideal for quiet summer evenings. As the plot is so large, there is plenty of space to park your car. The hotel also has a taverna serving very tasty Greek traditional dishes in a beautiful natural environment. It's the best rated in the area. We dined there every single evening of our stay. The waiters and the staff in general are very warm and hospitable, eager to provide information and anything we needed. A further plus, Elafonisos, an island with equally beautiful beaches is 10' by ferry, the quay being only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Ideal for single day trips. In whole, it was one of the best trips we have made in Greece, this hotel being a non-negotiable choice for every future one!

The restaurant was really good.

The property is horrible. We have been located in a bungalow which is closed to the waste area where all the campers dispose their shit! At 8:00 pm every day we have literally to leave the place because of the horrible smell. In 5 days just once they changed bedding and towels. Water is not drinkable so we had to brush our teeth with mineral waters for 5days. Definitely we don not recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel, which was sparkling clean everywhere. All the staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. The room was large and extremely comfortable. Lovely shower room. Large balcony over looking the sea. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to hurry. The location is excellent for touring the area and visiting Elifonissos.

Great Hotel, even tho it’s not new, but it has everything you need. Everything is clean and smells nice and fresh, towels and bed sheets are being changed every day. The owner and his mother are super nice and friendly, gave us the best advice for traditional restaurants! The view from the terrace is priceless! Also don’t forget to grab a coffee from a coffe shop next to the hotel, it was terrific and tasty.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Neapoli. The location is simply unbeatable: right on the sea, in the first row, with a private beach and a beautiful swimming pool. It is the perfect place if you are looking for peace, privacy and an authentic Greek seaside experience. The house itself is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The highlight for us was the beautiful large outdoor veranda, where we spent so much time enjoying the breathtaking views. The sunsets are absolutely astonishing, and the view of the sea and the moon at night is something you will not forget. A special mention goes to Dimitris, who was a fantastic host. He is incredibly available, responsive and genuinely wants you to have the best possible experience. He gave us great suggestions for everything we needed, from renting boats and finding beautiful places and beaches to eat like locals, to helping with any other request or question. His recommendations really helped us discover the area beyond the typical tourist spots. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Neapoli. Beautiful house, spectacular sea views, private beach, great pool and an exceptional host. We would happily come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special stay in Greece.

Great place to stay, lovely host, super clean and everything you need!

Not much to like about the place.

Everything was absolutely perfect! House very clean and comfortable, terrace and garden enjoyable, office area spacious. All the equipment works perfectly and many things were provided (soap, towels, coffee tabs, olive oil, drying rack, etc.). The owner goes the extra mile, with a great attention to detail. Everything in town is a 10-min walk away and the area is quiet enough. The owner seemed very friendly and responsive. The Garden House is definitely among our top Booking experiences and we highly recommend it!

Everything was very clean and tidy! The location is perfect for one night stay if you want to take the ferry. The house was fully equipped and in addition they provided coffee and honey for breakfast. The mattresses were very good and the small yard was great to drink out morning coffee. The best of all was Ms. Koula that greeted us in the morning! She was very kind and friendly and we enjoyed her company! We totally recommend it!

The apartment was clean but after you clean it by yourself (everything you need for that is available). There are spare towels and sheets. Kitchen is excellently equipped. Double bed is very comfortable, There are mosquito nets on the windows and big fans on the ceiling so we didn't use air conditioning. In September there is enough parking places on the street. The apartment is located ten minutes walk from the blue flag beach. Good location for visiting Elafonisos, Monemvasia and other sites.

House on the heights of Neapoli, with a view on the sea. A lot of wind when we came, but it was not a problem for us. The house was really clean and comfortable, with a lot (a lot!) of equipments. The owner always answered quickly and offered to clean the house in the middle of our stay. We were a little worried since there is no parking place, but in the end, it was always easy to park in the street. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 20/30 minutes by car to Punta beach (and port if you want to visit Elafonisos island). There are a lot of good restaurants in the surroundings, and the seaside road is more or less closed to cars at night, so it's really pleasant to have a walk. We really enjoyed our stay there.
