We just returned today from a week in this lovely house and we couldn’t be happier. The house is very new, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s peaceful and private, which made our stay very relaxing. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights. Having a car is highly recommended to explore the area and to go out for dinner. The house is located very close to the town center — within just a few minutes' drive we found great restaurants every day. There's also a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to prepare our own breakfast and lunch. Overall, we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend staying here!

A nice quiet part of Kos island…just right enough to be peaceful while at the same time not very far from the main parts of Kos town and some lovely beach spots. I would recommend using a car to stay at this property. Very well equipped apartment. Would happily stay here again.

First of all make sure you hire a car, this place is accessed via a private road up a hill (I would guess at least a 20% incline), and make sure you have the car in 1st gear to go up! Giorgos' place is on top of a hill along with 3 other villas, which provides stunning views of Kos town, other parts of the island, other greek islands and turkey. The apartment itself is part of Giorgos' house/villa and at the back of the property, but separate with you're own outside doors. From looking at other photos since last year a pool has been added, and the 2 single beds replaced with a king size bed. The apartment is spotless and basics are provided. Giorgos also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, a 6 pack of bottled water and some fruit, which was much appreciated, especially as it was a Sunday and most shops where shut. Giorgos greeted us when we arrived, and was available via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He is very friendly and welcoming and offered help wherever he could; on request he gave us some recommended places to eat in Kos town, and also a good place to park in Kos town, which we used most days. Although the apartment was on their property, Giorgos and his family never came around the back of the property which made it feel like our own private place which was great. We never got tired of the amazing views, especially the sunsets too. This is a fantastic place to stay, thank you Giorgos, and for making us feel so welcome!

in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous staff. Restaurants were amazing, second visit to an Ikos property and did not disappoint. You can do as much or as little as you like here, lots of activities bikes, canoes, walks, swimming, wine tasting, or as little as you like. Enough private spaces with the upgraded rooms to give a feeling of space. We were here at end of the season and the staff were still amazing. Book your restaurants, car hire, spa etc in advance as they will book out.

A true gem in the heart of Kos! Unicos City Suites impressed us from the moment we arrived. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and radiates a sense of comfort and understated luxury. It had everything we needed – and more: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bright, spacious bedroom. The location was superb – just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a private apartment. Definitely one of those places we’d love to return to!

We stayed in the maisonette with its own pool, which was well maintained by an amazing man that couldn’t do enough for you! The hotel staff were all friendly (contradicts what reviews I read prior to the stay). Breakfast had a great variety of options but cannot comment on the remainder of the food as we were breakfast only. Shop on site that provides the options to buy waters/snacks etc at reasonable prices.

Lovely accommodation, very helpful hosts. Check in was very easy, good communication. Price was extremely good value. Location slightly awkward but as long as you are prepared for that and dont have mobility issues (which tbf kos probably isnt the right location if u do have mobility issues anyway) then I would strongly recommend this property!

Amazing holiday staying at this great location. We will be back!! Fantastic place for a family holiday or a group of friends. Just 5 minutes drive from the town centre and the marina. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived. Great location, great people, and we really loved the pool and the outdoor fireplace where we enjoyed some wine with an amazing view! Beyond our expectations.
