Accommodation in Stalós

Facilities were outstanding location great staff were brilliant Emillios as a porter was of the highest quality and had a brilliant manner with the guests. We have travelled extensively and very rarely come across such a wonderful employee. As a first impression you couldn’t get anyone better than Emillios. (I hope I have spelt his name correctly). The Greek restaurant with Alexandros as the guest chef was also outstanding and the hosts were amazing we had such a great event. The executive chef (sorry didn’t get his name) also does such an amazing job and treats his staff so well they clearly enjoy working with him and such results are first class. Dimitrios at breakfast each morning also runs a great service. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent location, at the beach, just had to go down a couple of steps :) Very nice and available host. The apartment was cleaned daily. The showers at the beach were a very nice addition this year. The apartment was comfortable with nice balconies with beach view. The building and outside areas are very well maintained and very pleasant. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and a very nice fruit stand. Definitely a place to come back to!

Fantastic location. Our room was really comfortable. Staff were really friendly - we only stayed for one night but would definitely like to come back for a longer stay

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We really liked breakfast options - some traditional greece foods and also classic choices. The staff was very helpful and kind - they also helped us rent a car. The best thing was pool, free refill of water bottles opened all day long and view from balcony.

Very clean, spacious room, family- and child-friendly. Good location, restaurants and groceries nearby. Friendly and helpful staff! Beach 2 mins walk. We remained very satisfied!

The vila has a nice quiet location and also a free parking. Bed was very comfy, everything was clean and we had all the needed supplies. Great terrace with even a greater sea view. And a very nice host. Highly recommend :)

Our stay at this family owned hotel was wonderful. Nikos is a great host and super helpful with everything you might need: restaurants' suggestions and beaches to visit. We spent almost a week in June and the first few days were very windy at Kato Stalos and Nikos suggested us alternative beaches to visit to avoid the wind. The room (split level studio with sea view) has a stunning view to the sea, the island and the sunset. It is big enough for two adults and one child. It's clean and you can cook simple dishes in the little kitchen. The staff at this hotel is very kind, polite and family friendly. Our 7 year old daughter loved our stay at this hotel. The pool is very clean, facing the sea almost like an infinity pool and with salt water. We recommend this hotel 100% especially if you are traveling with kids. Supermarkets, pharmacy and several amenities are really close to the hotel. Also the bus stop to go to Chania is nearby. The beach and sea are very clean and simple and beautiful. Thanks to Phaedra Hotel for making such a great memory of our first time in Crete. We are looking forward to coming back.

We were a group of friends and found the villa of a 5 star standard. From the checking in, the comfort and high standard of the villa to the proximity to the local supermarket, restaurants and bus top to Chania old town. The commuication with the owners was excellent and as was the cleaning from Eleni 😊 There was a beautiful welcome pack on arrival and Eleni baked even us a cake 😍 I could go on and on off how good this villa was, so if your thinking of booking this villa, dont think... book!

Very big, comfortable house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool was perfect. We even barbecued once or twice. Clise to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Correct, fast and clear communication with the Landlord, her welcome was amazing, surprise breakfast on the table, water in the fridge, very warm welcome. The apartment is perfect, spacious, clean and convenient. We also loved the view from the terraces and the grill in the backyard was a cherry on top. I highly recommend it for families looking for a convenient and cozy house.

A beautiful villa, right in the central area of the strip, a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants & bars. The pool was great. The beds were comfortable & had all the comforts to make it a home from home.

We liked everything. Location is very close to the sea and has a great parking. Host were friendly and helpful. There are nice places for food and a big supermarket 9 min drive away. It's not a whole house, it's a ground floor of two storey house. First floor is occupied. Nice patio area and BBQ were available.

All an all a wonderful experience. The hosts were very helpfull and polite. The location is great close to the beach and the villa was perfect with a wonderfull sea view. Also the place was spotlless the cleaning crue did a great job. I would definately recommend it!!

I loved the comfortable beds and the large balcony with a beautiful view towards the sea💙. I liked that it had a fully equipped kitchen and a curtain that kept the sun away in the morning. It was clean and they changed the bed sheets and towels and cleaned the room after every 2 nights. It was spacious enough and with everything you needed (even a hair dryer). Beautiful traditional Greek location, lots of plants and trees for shadow💚, close to the beach and the tavernas, but in a quieter area than the main street and the owners were really welcoming and nice (they even lend us a beach umbrella and gave us advice which beach to go to in case of windy sea).
