The room and location were perfect. The pictures genuinely don't do it justice. Its only a short walk to the city centre. Only stayed for one night but next time I'm in crete I'll definitely be booking a week.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave us the best tips for restaurants, what to see and they also help us with the car rental. They have a Café next to it where you can take breakfast wich is very good and Big (you can select what you want the day before filling a form). The room was big and clean.

Everything. The place is clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. The area is great, close to the sea, restaurants and 15 minutes from the old centre. They gave us an upgrade for free because it was in the middle of the week and had better rooms. They even gave us a playist on Spotify to listen music and made us a very comfortable evenings. We are thankful and we'll come back next year.

The location is exceptional, 5 min walk from bus station and right in the city centre. You are basically in the middle of the main attractions. - The cleanliness was exceptional, very fast and so effectively planned that we were never bothered by the cleaning service. Never experienced anything like this before. - The staff everywhere is amazing (reception, cleaning, restaurant). They give you the best tips where to go and every time you need something, they are all willing to help you. Amazing team! - The bedrooms are well equipped and very quiet. - Great value for the money!
