We recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we made our reservation with Eva, who was remarkably helpful, to the warm welcomes and local recommendations from George and Spyros, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. The hotel itself boasts a prime location, easily accessible with complimentary parking right at the front, which is a major convenience. The facilities are modern and fully equipped to cater to every need, ensuring a special and comfortable stay. Our visit was made even more memorable as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond to surprise him with a beautifully arranged birthday cake, wine, fruits, and festive balloons. These thoughtful touches truly enhanced our celebration and his delight was a testament to their efforts. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this wonderful hotel, where they make you feel not just welcomed, but truly special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a superior hospitality experience!

We fly to chania 4 friends and stayed in Morum city hotel for 4 night , I want to say it was the best experience I have ever had in a hotel, first of all the rooms and the room service was excellent, they take care of everything we want and even when our friend dress was get dirty they clean it out in a few minutes only!! Second the location! , I admit at first the location doesn’t look as good as you think , but I am promise to you you will realize how good it is when you want to come back from a bar in the center of a city or from a shopping and you will get to the hotel just in a few minutes walking that will seem to you as a few seconds!! Last and most important is the crew of the hotel! , all of them are so helpful and cute , get you everything you need very pleasant and lovely, and do and letting you do much ideas on what to do on your free time in chania , get you taxis to where ever you like when you would ask them to . And I want to say a big big thank you to the Sum , sum is a wonderful worker that help as and was so nice to as during all of our time in the hotel She help and save as from going to places that look good but they not ! And just was the best . the hotel and as just won that she will be there and you can trust her to be there for you to every request you will have Thank you for making our trip tens time better !! It’s a lovely property with beautiful pools on the beach. Excellent food and very well run. We are both cat lovers and appreciated that they looked after the local cats in a feeding station. We got very friendly with a multicoloured scrawny little kit we called Gypsy. Particular thanks to Sissi who sorted out an important parcel we had left in Athens very efficiently. Shout out too to Maria our lovely cleaner and Katerina in reception. The staff are all good but these three are particularly excellent. We wished we had stayed far longer

Centuries of History, Days of Sunshine

The largest Greek island, mountainous Crete has stunning beaches, plenty of history and as much or little nightlife as you want. Party town Malia has many bars, clubs and restaurants on its Strip.

Along the coast is the capital Heraklion, a bustling city home to many Crete hotels on the beach, and a Venetian castle guarding its port. Its archaeological museum includes finds from the island’s Minoan era, while just inland are the Roman remains of Knossos.

Also boasting a Venetian castle is Rethymnon, a popular resort with a good number of Crete hotels with private pools on Booking.com. Loggerhead turtles nest in season on the sandy beaches here and at Chania, an important port with an attractive waterfront set against the backdrop of mountains.

On the other side of the island is Aghios Nikolaos, a small fishing town with a picturesque harbour.
