The staff was very friendly and helpful all over the resort It is a great place for children, the water park was amazing. It suits all ages. And there are many activities for children at the resort. The pools are great and the food was excellent. And a nice Private Beach.

Familly room for 4 is very spacious, brand new, real beds for each, a separate bedroom for parents. The bathroom very modern and high quality. The best Ibis I have ever stayed. Very impressed. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the centre of Heraklion

Perfect hotel to stay in after traveling to Crete and discovering the archeological museum which is next door and Knossos. Right in the centre of Heraklion. Great buffet breakfast

All facilities of the hotel are modern and well maintained. The hotel is located just next to the beach, we saw sea from our ground level room and were on the beach in 15 seconds. The hotel itself remained relatively quite, no noisy neighbours in direct vicinity, hence a good place to rest (but then we were there over Easter, not sure how it is during the high season). Breakfast had ample variety. We also tried all 5 restaurants for dinner and the food was great, with dishes typically on bigger size (starter+main+dessert hence typically was too much). The 5 restaurants are actually 5 different open kitchens in the same building. Staff was helpful and forthcoming, ladies serving breakfast were particularly great. Overall, great experience, we would return.

The staff was very professional and responded to all our requests and questions. They were very flexible with the late check out as our plane was late at night. The hotel was clean. It was simple yet we had everything we needed.

Nice room, comfortable, the location is perfect, if you arrive to the island by ferry you can walk, from the airport you can take a bus and arrive at the station and you will have to walk 15 minutes as well as from the port

Amazing hotel with friendly stuff, big territory and nice room which was really clean and comfortable. Pool area looks very nice. Perfect accommodation for couples/families, so calm and chill atmosphere there.

Super welcoming, very service-minded and approachable staff. Top notch facilities with both indoor and outdoor gym, nice pool, spa, restaurants and private beach. We were very well taken care of from check-in to check-out and will definitely come back. We also got an awesome room upgrade! Despite the hotel being a bit remote (which actually attracted us to choose Myrion) there are plenty of family restaurants around, supermarkets and rental car companies. Very zen experience!

The territory of the hotel is large, with gardens and multiple paths to take a stroll through. Lots of hidden corners and places to enjoy the island. An app of the hotel allows easy management of all services. Easy to book taxi to the city and airport through the reception. - FOOD: high quality food. Breakfast is of large variety. 2 restaurants, pool bar, beach bar, 24/7 room service. Amar restaurant is a special gem, with magnificent evening view over the sea and islands in front of the hotel. - ENTERTAINMENT & EXTRAS: every evening there was live music/dj/acoustic. Yoga classes were available twice a day, other activities included excursions or a tour around the garden. - ROOMS: clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent service, good minibar, free daily water, coffee and tea selection. sound isolation . - BEACH: small beach, very clean and the water is crystal. Sunbeds on the sand and on the rocks. A cozy beach bar is very convenient. - SPA: a good selection of treatments and massage to book extra. - STAFF: simply amazing! Special thanks to Sophia at the check-in/reception who showed an outstanding excellence and professionalism throughout the stay. Another special appreciation of the restaurant manager who always makes all guests feel welcome at any time. All the staff is well-trained and very friendly and amiable. This contributes to the overall ambiance and positive impression of the hotel. Overall, a great choice for a calm and comfortable vacation on the island, everything was perfect and highly recommend this place!

I spent a couple of days for my birthday at Elounda Infinity and I had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what I was looking for. Some of the highlights: •Fantastic staff! Really, I rarely had the pleasure to interact with such a lovely bunch of people during all my stays. Everyone from reception, managers, cleaning staff, bar, dining room and kitchen were always polite, smiling and ready to accommodate you. Top notch service all around, I’m so grateful for everyone making my day better. They even upgraded our room with a hot tub and it was a lovely gesture which we greatly appreciated. • Fantastic breakfast and dinner! Food was varied, there were so many choices for both sweet and savoury breakfast, both local and international options. The dining room is beautiful with a stunning view. • Beautiful location; the area is very quiet and the views are stunning. This is the perfect place to have a relaxing stay. • New structure, everything is obviously modern and in great condition. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of toiletries. What I also appreciated is the cleanliness, which is something I greatly value and I always check thoroughly.

Fabulous location with lovely views of harbour from the balcony. Large room very clean. Very friendly and helpful front desk. We very much look forward to returning!!!
