This hotel/resort made our holidays complete! The room was amazing, with sea view, modern bathroom and very big comfortable bed. The service was amazing, lovely staff, especially the host Vanessa! The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The beach is literally next door, and you even get discount on the sun lounges at the Akro Beach Bar. Also, the bus stop is right next to the entrance for if you want to go to Corfu town.

Homer’s "beautiful and rich land

The 2nd largest Greek island, Corfu is a fantastic beach holiday destination whose diversity caters to all tastes, from great nightlife in party capital Kavos to the quiet, family-orientated beach of Arillas.

The capital Corfu Town (or Kerkyra) has interesting streets and a citadel to explore. Booking.com offers several Corfu hotels near the airport both here and in neighbouring Perama, which overlooks the wonderful isle of Pontikonissi. Gouvia to the north offers fabulous views across the Ionian Sea to mainland Greece. The calm waters at Dassia lap the shingle beach, while livelier Kassiopi has a cute harbour.

Acharavi on the north coast is also good for nightlife, while next door Roda is more relaxed and has a lovely, sandy beach. Aghios Ioannis to the west is home to Aqualand waterpark, and just along the coast is Sidari whose Canal d’Amour beach is spectacularly sheltered by rocky headland. Also beautiful is the curved bay lined with rugged cliffs at Paleokastritsa.

In the south, Messonghi’s shallow waters full of little fish are good for children, and next door Moraitika has a long beach and better nightlife. North, the fishing village Benitses has a good selection of Corfu hotels on the beach, and its peaceful harbour is still the place to see the daily catch being brought to land.

All inclusive, spacious, new looking, beautiful hotel framed by green landscape in one side and by the sea (direct beach access) in the other. Very friendly and dedicated staff, among which the animation team (kudos to Eros, Stan, Tedi and the whole team!), the bar staff (thanks to the super nice Greek sisters!) and the reception crew (thanks to Elena and team!) stood out in hard work and great attitude with a smile always on their faces. Food was buffet style and was of great variety, quality and taste with that unusual feeling (for a buffet) of being „home-made“ and representative of local Greek cuisine. Amazing feeling of the hotel and the beach just in front of it not being crowded in peak August holidays, with rental cars even available on short notice at the hotel itself. Free WiFi worked well and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Both kids and adults had a great time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent—one of the best I’ve stayed at in Greece. Everything is very clean, the beach is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the food as well. The only minor downside was the presence of wasps on some days, though this seems to be a common issue across the whole island of Corfu. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. It’s not the cheapest option, but absolutely worth it—I would definitely choose it again whenever I return to Corfu.

What a fantastic resort, we absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Dassia. The staff were amazing and were all so welcoming. I would particularly like to thank Anastasia who made sure our honeymoon experience was one to remember. She went above and beyond to cater for our every need. If you're looking for a relaxing break with outstanding facilities put this top of your list. The food, drink and service is exceptional, this is without doubt a fantastic all inclusive resort. We are already looking into booking our next stay!

Incredible swimming pool and the staff are very nice, they let us stay after our check out time in the pool and were super welcoming. The price is also extremely worth it, it’s by far the most value for money villa I’ve seen. And the location is great as it’s close to everything, they offer spacious free parking so I really recommend coming here with a car to take full advantage of the area.

As a frequent visitor to Corfu it first stay at The Arion.

As a frequent visitor to Corfu it first stay at The Arion. I know the area very well and would recommend to anyone to visit. We ate most nights at Garitsa Bay, several tavernas, food was always spectacular and well priced, with friendly service. On this occasion we visited Mon Repos, local cat shelter, Liston, Spinadia, old town and Kanoni. Hired a car, but walked everyone as location meant everything was within a walkable distance

It is a beautiful location, great for families and young people to enjoy. It is also very safe. Make sure to look for the sandy beach areas, as the ones with stones and rocks are not the best. The people in the transport services, the hosts, and the staff at the dining establishments all offer a level of attention and warmth that is truly commendable.

I went to benitses in the late 80's drinking and dancing...its changed a bit, its now has a yachting marina, so the restaurants tend to be a bit pricey, the shingle beaches are rubbish no sand and dirty( we was right at the start of the season though, a lot cooler)we think 2/3 days and move on

Dassia is a great location to spend time in Corfu.

Dassia is a great location to spend time in Corfu. It is close to the main attractions of the island. One downside are the beaches that are just with pebbles and have very thin shore. I would not recommend this location if you want to stay here just for the beach, but if you have a car and you can go to other beaches then it's a great location.

Beautiful natural beach, with some low-level villas and restaurants to one side and undeveloped on the other. Not built up at all, but with enough options for food and supplies. Surrounded by hills and cliffs, which give the area a special vibe.

Very central to visit Corfu town by bus €1.60 e.w. for a day trip, gouvia is lovely, gr8 restaurants, fresh food & the beach was lovely, every restaurant we ate in was delish, especially the chinese restaurant, ooh and the bar with the Elvis tribute was brilliant and reasonably priced for drinks too. And I even got a great haircut at the local hair dressers, they were so friendly, we had a great relaxing holiday in Gouvia.

You have every amenity to hand. The host is wonderful!

You have every amenity to hand. The host is wonderful! Washing machine and iron were used quite often and the space was perfect for a family of four. Sea Breeze Restaurant is a minute away and serve good food. There are shops within 5 min walking distance.

Facilities,supermarket’s , bars.. food outlets and a frequent bus route into Corfu town. Friendly helpful locals … great teams everywhere we went ! Hotel , dirty Nellie’s and lagoon bar and literally every where we ate !

We were only there as it was convenient for the airport.

We were only there as it was convenient for the airport. Otherwise I would not recommend it - however there is a big branch of Lidl nearby for buying food to cook in the apartment. We did not find any tavernas.
