This resort features an awesome and unique position overlooking one of the Palaiokastritsa bays. We loved the chance to dive on the rocky eastern side (which you can reach through stone stairs) or to the more easy sandy western one, or just swimming the pool enjoying the view. Breakfast is wide enough and served in a beautiful environment. Our room was quite at night and had a great (payed for) view and was recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. A park is available for free. Staff helpful and discreet

The overall quality of the comfort, facilities are equivalent of a very good 4 star hotel. The small team of staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The on-site cafe offers great coffee and an unique breakfast menu will local products. Access to the old town is an easy 5 minute walk. The nearby beach with choice of sea front restaurants is an added bonus. If you are in Corfu, The Calliston should be considered. You'll enjoy the experience.

It is a fantastic, serene, high quality hotel, surrounded by nature and beautiful sea views. The room is outstandingly cleaned every day. The hotel is spacious with a nice pool area and an own parking. Starting the day in the lovely breakfast area was a pleasant experience. The buffé was rich, with fresh fruit and good quality products. There is a small beach within 5-10 minutes walk, where you can hire sun beds and umbrellas. On the beach is one taverna, “Natalie by Brunos”, which has delicious food and drinks.

Homer’s "beautiful and rich land

The 2nd largest Greek island, Corfu is a fantastic beach holiday destination whose diversity caters to all tastes, from great nightlife in party capital Kavos to the quiet, family-orientated beach of Arillas.

The capital Corfu Town (or Kerkyra) has interesting streets and a citadel to explore. Booking.com offers several Corfu hotels near the airport both here and in neighbouring Perama, which overlooks the wonderful isle of Pontikonissi. Gouvia to the north offers fabulous views across the Ionian Sea to mainland Greece. The calm waters at Dassia lap the shingle beach, while livelier Kassiopi has a cute harbour.

Acharavi on the north coast is also good for nightlife, while next door Roda is more relaxed and has a lovely, sandy beach. Aghios Ioannis to the west is home to Aqualand waterpark, and just along the coast is Sidari whose Canal d’Amour beach is spectacularly sheltered by rocky headland. Also beautiful is the curved bay lined with rugged cliffs at Paleokastritsa.

In the south, Messonghi’s shallow waters full of little fish are good for children, and next door Moraitika has a long beach and better nightlife. North, the fishing village Benitses has a good selection of Corfu hotels on the beach, and its peaceful harbour is still the place to see the daily catch being brought to land.

What a fantastic resort, we absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Dassia. The staff were amazing and were all so welcoming. I would particularly like to thank Anastasia who made sure our honeymoon experience was one to remember. She went above and beyond to cater for our every need. If you're looking for a relaxing break with outstanding facilities put this top of your list. The food, drink and service is exceptional, this is without doubt a fantastic all inclusive resort. We are already looking into booking our next stay!

I We've had an absolutely wonderful experience at Almyros! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and both the beach and the pool areas were stunning and well-maintained. What truly made the stay exceptional was the incredibly welcoming and professional staff — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place and cant wait to return!

Villa Kira has stunning views and an amazing pool which was great fun to use. The villa is well-located near Corfu town and a short ride from the nearest supermarket. The host and neighbours (who help maintain the villa) are very welcoming and accommodating. We had an issue with hot water during the stay, but the owner was quick to resolve the situation so it didn't impact our stay. Overall we had an amazing time and were sad to leave!

As a frequent visitor to Corfu it first stay at The Arion.

As a frequent visitor to Corfu it first stay at The Arion. I know the area very well and would recommend to anyone to visit. We ate most nights at Garitsa Bay, several tavernas, food was always spectacular and well priced, with friendly service. On this occasion we visited Mon Repos, local cat shelter, Liston, Spinadia, old town and Kanoni. Hired a car, but walked everyone as location meant everything was within a walkable distance

It is a beautiful location, great for families and young people to enjoy. It is also very safe. Make sure to look for the sandy beach areas, as the ones with stones and rocks are not the best. The people in the transport services, the hosts, and the staff at the dining establishments all offer a level of attention and warmth that is truly commendable.

I went to benitses in the late 80's drinking and dancing...its changed a bit, its now has a yachting marina, so the restaurants tend to be a bit pricey, the shingle beaches are rubbish no sand and dirty( we was right at the start of the season though, a lot cooler)we think 2/3 days and move on

Dassia is a great location to spend time in Corfu.

Dassia is a great location to spend time in Corfu. It is close to the main attractions of the island. One downside are the beaches that are just with pebbles and have very thin shore. I would not recommend this location if you want to stay here just for the beach, but if you have a car and you can go to other beaches then it's a great location.

Beautiful natural beach, with some low-level villas and restaurants to one side and undeveloped on the other. Not built up at all, but with enough options for food and supplies. Surrounded by hills and cliffs, which give the area a special vibe.

Very central to visit Corfu town by bus €1.60 e.w. for a day trip, gouvia is lovely, gr8 restaurants, fresh food & the beach was lovely, every restaurant we ate in was delish, especially the chinese restaurant, ooh and the bar with the Elvis tribute was brilliant and reasonably priced for drinks too. And I even got a great haircut at the local hair dressers, they were so friendly, we had a great relaxing holiday in Gouvia.

Kassiopi is a charming harbor village in the North East of Corfu with a majestic mountain backdrop and stunning sea views. The water is some of the clearest around the island. It is filled with authentic tavernas, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The food, especially the seafood, is some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Really good cocktail bar in the town which was the highlight...

Really good cocktail bar in the town which was the highlight of our evenings. Kontesa being the name with staff and owners being both present and welcoming, the food here was also great with asian being the theme. The other food options and restaurant standards in general were quite disappointing despite the abundance of restaurants. The village was very quiet during our stay in September, definitely draws a more mature crowd with the few youths present looking quite bored. I wont be back with Corfu offering many more lively and beautiful places such as Kasiopi.

You have every amenity to hand. The host is wonderful!

You have every amenity to hand. The host is wonderful! Washing machine and iron were used quite often and the space was perfect for a family of four. Sea Breeze Restaurant is a minute away and serve good food. There are shops within 5 min walking distance.

Facilities,supermarket’s , bars.. food outlets and a frequent bus route into Corfu town. Friendly helpful locals … great teams everywhere we went ! Hotel , dirty Nellie’s and lagoon bar and literally every where we ate !
