The staff were amazing: upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by an amazing team that catered to all our needs, including the provision of baby food every evening according to our specifications. Room was super spacious (We were upgraded to a family room which made the experience even better). Swimming pools were clean and well maintained (we, as adults, really enjoyed the water park). The restaurants were of very good quality, with a diverse choice of food and large breakfast variety. Unlike other all inclusive hotels, there was no limit to how many times you could book the A La Carte restaurants. A nice wine library but was not open all the time - only on request, which they were happy to do. Waiting times for sitting down and enjoy our meal was non-existent i.e. the staff was always very prompt to allocate us a table. The cleaning staff always found time to assure our needs were met (especially with our 11 month old baby). The staff really did make the trip - they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Great location, spacious complex on a gentle hill so all the apartments had lovely views. Very large apartment type accommodation. Good WiFi. Varied breakfast every day. Quite a few people staying but always quiet and peaceful. All staff were great. Felt like family. Pool was large and warm. Never any issues in getting a lounger. Town centre five min walk. Beach max ten min. Touristy Greek Night was good fun with tasty buffet. Fat e-bike rental just outside the hotel. Well worth taking one for the day to see the beaches and countryside.

Hotel is fairly new, we arrived late but was welcomed by great night staff who had a bottle of Prosecco in our room for my birthday. All facilities clean and modern, food offering plentiful and bar snacks during the day were great (homemade pizzas)! All staff too very friendly and welcoming.

Although being totally north of Corfu, its close to...

Although being totally north of Corfu, its close to everything. We hired a car for 3 days and managed to visit waterfalls, local tavernas, being on several beaches, enjoy sunset drinks, visit Achileon Gardens, see the Old Corfu Fortress, the Lighthouse, spend time at the resort's swimming pool and pool bar, everything without an inch of a hurry...it was perfect.

Really good cocktail bar in the town which was the highlight of our evenings. Kontesa being the name with staff and owners being both present and welcoming, the food here was also great with asian being the theme. The other food options and restaurant standards in general were quite disappointing despite the abundance of restaurants. The village was very quiet during our stay in September, definitely draws a more mature crowd with the few youths present looking quite bored. I wont be back with Corfu offering many more lively and beautiful places such as Kasiopi.

We returned to Acharavi in Oct after visiting a year before...

We returned to Acharavi in Oct after visiting a year before in June. We were looking for a little more sunshine before the winter and it was lovely. In Oct some of the restaurants and bars were closed so there was less choice and we missed a couple of our favourite eating places. But we enjoyed cooking at the villa and shopping locally. Acharavi is more than a tourist town and so the supermarkets and local produce shops & bakery were still on the go. The beach at Acharavi is mainly taken over by the cafes and restaurants on the seafront so there is very little casual use beach. Mainly it is further west along the Sidari-Kassiopi road where, then, there are few facilities so its a difficult trade off. For us the real attraction was the tree filled hills for walking and walking along the seafront. Rhoda and Sidari had little to offer us. If we had rented a car for longer we could've struck out and visited other bays and towns but were happy at our Villa on the hills. If it were summertime we would've stayed longer to use the sea and the pool.

Acharavi was a good town with lots of shops, restaurants and...

Acharavi was a good town with lots of shops, restaurants and 3 supermarkets. The beach wasn't the best one as it has quite a lot of stones but its a short drive to really good sandy beaches at Roda and Agios Spiridonas. We enjoyed meals at Odysseus and Maestro - where they have a 'Greek Night' of music and dancing on a Tuesday evening, but book ahead. Also near Agios Spiridonas there is 'North Corfu Horses' where there are different options for horse rides. Our adult daughter did a 'swimming with horses' which she really enjoyed.

There are many wonderful places to eat delicious food!

There are many wonderful places to eat delicious food! Our favourite was a beachfront restaurant called Eretrico. Dolce Freddo is a gelato place that does wonderful fresh waffles and amazing ice cream. There are a good few supermarkets with prices much lower that what we have here in Ireland. There are also plenty of giftshops selling typical souvenirs as well as locally made products such as olive wood products and jewellery. The town area is mostly flat, so it is easy to walk but some of the paving stones are uneven and could present a tripping hazard. There are a few bus stops with buses connecting to Corfu Town and a few other towns. There are a lot of cars, motorbikes, quad bikes and bicycles available to hire. I would recommend using the bus to get to and from Corfu Town and consider hiring a car for exploring the local area as there are many beautiful beaches you can only reach by car. Locally, you can hire paddle boards, rent sun loungers and umbrellas at reasonable prices and arrange tours through a travel agent. It is possible to do things like boat trips, a day trip to Albania and go horse riding. Honestly, we ran out of time before we could do all the things that we wanted to do!

A little to remote located on the north side of the island. The village had a very quiet feel to it which is fine if you like it that way. The beach is excellent but can be exposed to winds and rolling waves.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Corfu. The location was excellent — close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, but also peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was very clean, well-maintained, and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The pool was definitely one of the highlights — large, clean, and perfect for cooling off during hot days. We also loved spending evenings on the terrace. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great holiday on Corfu.

Spyros was a fantastic host. The Villa and surroundings are an absolute credit to him and the people of Corfu. The Villa was clean, the pool was immaculate and Spyros couldn’t have been more accommodating. He even helped us to book restaurants with the family. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone looking for picturesque views and a relaxing holiday! Thanks Spyros!

The property is close to the nice, not crowded beach, shops and restaurants. Everything is a few minutes walking. It has a lovely views from the balcony. There is also a local bus nearby that can take you to Sidari, Kassiopi, Corfu Town, etc. Swimming pool is great too. Nicoll, her husband and Marta are fantastic people, willing to help and advise.

The Acharavi Beach Hotel has many good qualities. The garden is very beautiful, and the overall appearance of the hotel is pleasant. The hotel was clean — thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. The breakfast was also very good, and the hotel’s tavern was excellent.
