The town is beautiful. It has literally everything you need for a vacation, the prices are very affordable. I was most impressed by the number of cafeterias compared to the relatively small place, and the fact that you could buy coffee even in the evening.

A lot of the beaches were sandy with clear waters, which I loved. However it was too hot to enjoy walks in town while I was there and there was also way too many people everywhere, so apart from the beaches and the lovely nature it was a bit hectic for me. For people who like to dine out or go for drinks, there are plenty of choices. Regarding public transportation, I was left satisfied considering schedules and prices.

Corfu town is well worth the visit.
Corfu town is well worth the visit. Very busy in height off summer many cruise ships.
Lots of shops , bars and restaurants. Go up side streets for value.
I don’t think the red sightseeing bus are value, I did route 1. Waste of money.
If your coming of ship Do not let the first person u c offering rides into town, she is way overpriced. Go get bus just pass port entrance for departure 2 e into town.

Corfu Town is a captivating blend of historical charm and vibrant street life. The town's architecture is a picturesque mix of Venetian, French, and British influences, showcasing a rich history in every alley and square. Highlights include the stunning Old Fortress and the Liston promenade with its lively cafes and shops. Despite its bustling nature, Corfu Town exudes a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere, making it perfect for both history enthusiasts and casual explorers.

The best thing is not to fall into tourist traps and stay too long in the old town. don't miss Perama. always take swimming suit with you - you can never know where the blue water will catch you in your best desire to jump in. The Tourist sites are fair - 5 Euro enter - the views of the sea the castles are spectacular.
and take a car along the west beach.
We arrived there pretty late at night because of our flight and even though it is a small hotel, it had someone on the reception that welcomed us and gave us the information about the hotel like wifi and so on.
Also on the following day they held our bag for a few hours after checkout so we could explore the city with less weight, I really appreciate them for doing that.
It's not a 5 star hotel, but it greatly serves its purpose of cost benefit.
I strongly recommend Bella Venezia for many reasons such as that the room was renovated and very clean, the location was very good, in the city center, the breakfast included almost everything etc. However, the best feature of the hotel is its personel as their service was exemplary. I have been in many hotels (5 stars etc.) but didn't get such friendly, polite and professional service as in Bella Venezia.
Very good and comfortable hotel.
It’s clean.
Staff at the reception is very approachable, aswell at the hotel bar, pool bar and beach bar. Big professionals.
Very easy to come to centre of Corfu Town by bus. station is near the hotel.
