Awesome pool and very good arrangement of rooms - hotel ground consists of separate buildings so it is quieter. Very helpful staff, great breakfast.

Excellent service, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the pool was amazing. And the location is great. I definitely recommend it.

Everything was above expectations. Even if it’s located in a very busy area of Malia, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants the hotel itself is really quiet, the room was soundproofed and facing a shared pool that we enjoyed immensely. The meals were very good, the attention from the hotel personnel even better. Thank you guys for making a great vacation even better. See you soon!

The rooms is new, the view from the balcony eith palmtrees, feels exotic

Our room was comfortable, excellent shower, plus our very own balcony!! But the host really was the host with the most, made mama's little Prince feel at home, thanks Cola 🤩

The staff, the service and everything was beyond amazing

~ A heartwarming family escape by the sea ~ Even though we only stayed one night at Malia Bay Beach with my family, it completely won our hearts. We were in Heraklion for an archaeological visit, so it was just a quick stop — but everything about the hotel made us wish we had stayed longer. The location is simply beautiful, right by the sea, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel at home from the first moment. Our rooms were spotless, cozy, and ideal for a family stay. It’s rare to feel such a strong connection to a place in just one night, but that’s exactly what happened. You can truly feel that the focus is on the human factor — every effort is made to ensure the guest receives the best possible service. We’ve already planned to return for a full week with whole family even with the kids since this place is going to be adorable for them,too!— we can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all over again.

The apartment is beautiful, close to the old town and the beach, very clean and comfortable. I would especially like to praise Panos, who welcomed us, he is very kind, professional, we communicated easily for everything and he instructed us what to visit.

Location was close to the restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and refreshing ever day. The owner Christos was amazing and greeted us upon arrival.

Superb. The hotel with its beautiful garden and pool was so relaxing. I loved everything. My room was both modern, homely and stylish. Cleaning was always of a high standard. Personal balcony lovely for reading etc...The staff were fun, respectful and really helpful. The food was delicious from morning to evening. Full bar till late. I especially loved the evening meals by the pool looking at the mountains. Evening menu was traditional with something for everyone to enjoy. Always delicious and presented beautifully. Location is close to beach which I loved. Also close to old Town and beach road full of bars and restaurants. Stelios gardens was an Oasis for me where I could enjoy the quiet or dip into the party. Once back at hotel I had my peace and good sleeps. I will be back next year without a doubt. Thank you.

The kindness of Marina. A really dedicated person. We arrived late and everything was arranged for us. The location is lovely, close to everything and very private at the same time. The decorations, breakfast kiosk and garden.. A little paradise. It is the second time we book here and will certainly come again.

The friendliness, the warmth and the serenity. Though close to the town centre, it was relatively quiet. The ladies were very helpful with helping me locate my relatives, that was my main reason for visiting crete. By the end of the holiday, the ladies were like family. It had a pool table, chess, a swimming pool, ample gardens to relax and unwind. My reservation came with breakfast included.

Me and my boyfriend liked everything. The staff was very nice and friendly all the time, both at breakfast and dinner time. The nice woman at breakfast welcomes you every morning and she remembers always every single guest name. The two guys who comes in the evening are always ready to bring you drinks and make you feel awesome. We really liked the position very closed to the beach and we appreciated the pool in the hotel.

Breakfast/lunch were amazing and only approx 10 euro per person. Great value for money and great taste. Also the staff is extremely friendly, our babys holiday was even better due to all the attention he received there. Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

I've only Good things to say about this place... Arís and Dimitris were very helpful and made sure everything was satisfactory.... Anything I asked them for they helped me straight away... Really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to returning... Great time here.... Highly recommended....
