The place was very nice, very clean. Staff was great and very accomodating.

It was right in the strip, amazing location, 10 minutes from the beach. Cleaning was every day, also changing towels every second day. The pool is great, you can get drinks in the bar next to it, the lady there is amazing. When we had an issue with a door not closing, a mechanic came and fixed it in 2 minutes, changed the light bulbs not working. Parking right in front of the property. It was really an amazing experience here.

The location, the resort-feel and the family ambiance was perfect! We were there with a three year old in the new building overlooking the pool. We enjoyed to sit on our balcony more then on the beach🙈

Great breakfast, the lady working there was a sweetheart, location good, but I imagine the parking situation would be hard in the summer.

Me and my boyfriend liked everything. The staff was very nice and friendly all the time, both at breakfast and dinner time. The nice woman at breakfast welcomes you every morning and she remembers always every single guest name. The two guys who comes in the evening are always ready to bring you drinks and make you feel awesome. We really liked the position very closed to the beach and we appreciated the pool in the hotel.

Interior was great. All in all better than every 5 star hotel room we had in Crete.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunshine Boutique Hotel by Estia in Malia! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with fresh towels provided daily and thorough housekeeping every day. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better – it’s set in a peaceful spot, yet within just a few minutes you’re right on the strip or at the beach. Besides there’s a lovely little shop and a nice restaurant just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, offering a great variety of breads, eggs, sweet treats, and spreads. The pool area was fantastic as well, with plenty of sunbeds available – no stress about reserving them with towels. The pool bar had a wide selection of drinks and snacks, making it perfect for a relaxing day by the water. What really made our stay outstanding was the staff. Every single person we met was cheerful, kind, genuinely interested, and always willing to help. We never lacked anything during our stay. A very special thank you goes to Amanda and Marios, who went above and beyond to help us arrange our return transfer to the airport – their thoughtfulness really made a difference. Having stayed in Malia several times before, we can confidently say that this is by far our favorite hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

I've only Good things to say about this place... Arís and Dimitris were very helpful and made sure everything was satisfactory.... Anything I asked them for they helped me straight away... Really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to returning... Great time here.... Highly recommended....
