The room was amazing and very nice. You’re right on the tip or the Malia stripe near the McDonalds. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach so amazing location. The breakfast is very delicious and theres a lot of options for food and drinks. In the evening it there’s always a Dj that plays really good music. Behind the hotel theres a traditional restaurant “Drossia” where the food is so good too. Overall would highly recommend when coming to Malia.

The property was very clean and beautiful. It is exactly same as they showed in pictures. The location of property is fantastic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The guy in bikini beach bar Panos is amazing, keeping always mood up.

Superb. The hotel with its beautiful garden and pool was so relaxing. I loved everything. My room was both modern, homely and stylish. Cleaning was always of a high standard. Personal balcony lovely for reading etc...The staff were fun, respectful and really helpful. The food was delicious from morning to evening. Full bar till late. I especially loved the evening meals by the pool looking at the mountains. Evening menu was traditional with something for everyone to enjoy. Always delicious and presented beautifully. Location is close to beach which I loved. Also close to old Town and beach road full of bars and restaurants. Stelios gardens was an Oasis for me where I could enjoy the quiet or dip into the party. Once back at hotel I had my peace and good sleeps. I will be back next year without a doubt. Thank you.

The staff were all very friendly. THe room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delig delightful.

Everything was above expectations. Even if it’s located in a very busy area of Malia, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants the hotel itself is really quiet, the room was soundproofed and facing a shared pool that we enjoyed immensely. The meals were very good, the attention from the hotel personnel even better. Thank you guys for making a great vacation even better. See you soon!

Right on the beach road, few minutes away from shops, cafes and restaurants. Beachfront, modern, latley fully renovated rooms.

~ A heartwarming family escape by the sea ~ Even though we only stayed one night at Malia Bay Beach with my family, it completely won our hearts. We were in Heraklion for an archaeological visit, so it was just a quick stop — but everything about the hotel made us wish we had stayed longer. The location is simply beautiful, right by the sea, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel at home from the first moment. Our rooms were spotless, cozy, and ideal for a family stay. It’s rare to feel such a strong connection to a place in just one night, but that’s exactly what happened. You can truly feel that the focus is on the human factor — every effort is made to ensure the guest receives the best possible service. We’ve already planned to return for a full week with whole family even with the kids since this place is going to be adorable for them,too!— we can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all over again.

Everything was excellent. The staff was nice and hospitable, the rooms were clean, everything worked perfectly in the room, the pool was excellent, the location was close to the beach, the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was great, the staff is nice, attentive and present, but not intruding, welcoming and warm. The food was such a nice suprise, really everything that we have tasted was great and a great variety for vegetarian people was available, as well. Both pools are nice, well maintained and cleaned properly, the pool bars are great. The sunbeds do get booked early and sometimes towels are left as reservation even if not allowed, this rule should be better observed and implemented. But the atmosphere at the pool is very relaxing, nonetheless. We loved the beautiful plants within the resort and the cleaning staff that was so attentive and kind. The hotel is located close to the most beautiful beach in the area, the views from the hotel room was great, everything was working properly.

The private pool rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant breakfast options were plentiful you would be hard pressed to not find something to eat. The grounds were all kept very clean and the location was great.

But what truly made this place feel like home was Cola. Every single day started with her sweet voice calling out, “Hello baby!”, and from that moment on, we felt so safe, so loved, and so cared for. Cola isn’t just a host – she’s a heart. She looked after our wellbeing like we were her own family. On my birthday, she went above and beyond to make me feel incredibly special, and it’s moments like those that I’ll carry with me forever. She was always full of fun, ready to sit with you for hours, sharing stories, laughter, and her beautiful energy. The accommodation itself was perfect – the rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and amazingly priced. The pool was always pristine, and the poolside bar made every afternoon feel like a holiday dream. Our spacious balcony was the cherry on top – the ideal spot to relax and soak it all in. The location was amazing. Right on the strip. 15 minutes from the beach if you can walk past the promotors fast enough. (Make sure to try the gyros at fire and ice. Say hi to Nik the Greek for me) Saying goodbye to Cola was the hardest part, but as she always says, “It’s never goodbye, only see you later.” And we believe that with all our hearts. Had such an amazing stay at Pearl Boutique Hotel! The staff were genuinely incredible — so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made the whole experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention to Bojana, who was so lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. She really went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself was amazing, quite modern, great facilities and the locations was perfect, 5 minutes from old town and two minutes away from the night life. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for chilling during the day, and the cocktails at the bar were honestly some of the best we had in Malia. Everything about the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and would 100% come back again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

The place is like an oasis. The personal is kind and very careful with the guests. The garden is amazing and the swimming pool area looks very nice.
