It is really in the center of Xanthi, close to everything. The place is quiet, although is located in the main square. It has a nice view from the balcony. The room doesn't get hot in the summer, thanks to the good air conditioning. It's not a big room, but it's well organized, equipped, clean and with new furniture. The nearby parking is very helpful because you can find place any time and the price is decent.

The property was a very good value with comfort and all amenities for a family of four. Two very comfortable bedrooms and beds, big kitchen and sitting area. Also entertainment as described. The property is outside the town in a quiet area and you definitely need a car to travel around, but the area is clean, good with nice view of the surroundings. Communication with host was very welcoming.

Even though the apartment is in the city centre of Xanthi, there are parking spots in front of the building, free of charge and the street noise is cancelled by the closed windows perfectly. We loved the room! Everything is new, clean, exceptionally well organized, quite high tech and nothing is missing from this apartment. Congratulations!

Great place for family vacation! The house is clean and comfortable for 3 families with kids. It is quite and peaceful location. There is convenient mini market 2 minutes away walking. The owner even gave us vegetables grown by him for salad. :) Everything was more than excellent!

This place is like staying at an old family home. There is a certain charming retro feel to it. Everything is organised with care, well equipped, and very clean. The location is perfect - quiet, but only a short walk to the old town (make sure you visit the House of Shadow). No problem with parking on the street next to the house. Our host was very helpful about everything including instructions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in an older building, but it has been beautifully renovated. It is impeccably clean, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. The owner is very aware of the apartment's weak points and has addressed them in such a clever way that they are practically invisible. The owner is exceptionally kind and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. The price is very reasonable, and the location is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay at Paris Hotel. The rooms were very clean and beautifully designed. The hotel's location is quite central, allowing us to easily walk everywhere. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Although our stay was brief, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xanthi.

You can find everything you need in this place, we stayed here 4 people and a 2 years old little monster :), and was comfortable for us. Kitchen is so stylish, decoration is good, parking is enough outside of the apartment, thanks for everything!!
