A beautiful villa, dating from the early 1900’s, tastefully converted to a hotel by its owner, Vjecko Martinko. A feeling of wellness is evident in the property, directly on the famous Lungo Mare, a short distance from the old village of Lovran. A lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace sets the pattern of the day. The staff were are very friendly and Vjecko himself was present each day. It is only a few metres to swim in the crystal clear water of the Kvarner gulf, which we did several times each day, even in the rain.

This is a dream villa! It is top notch in every way. Nada and Goran are a wonderful couple who live in the villa. The premises are gorgeous and very well-maintained. We stayed in the large, 3-bedroom apartment with our baby and absolutely loved it. It was well-designed, stylish and comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size and each is decorated uiquely. The living room couch is super comfy and the TV is enormous with lots of viewing options. The bathroom has a washing machine and there is a drying rack on one of the three balconies. This is not an easy place to find up a hillside (but there are plenty of signs guiding you there!), but well worth the journey. The breakfast was AMAZING! Best value for money at €12 pp and hands down one of the best breakfasts we've ever had while traveling. Don't miss out on it! Loved the Honesty Bar and the stylish, relaxing places to hang out on the property. The surrounding area of Lovran and other small towns is beautiful. It's a very cool area with lots of small (mostly stone) beaches.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very kind and professional and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable the entire property was extremely clean, the pool was very relaxing at the end of a sea day. The hotel is located just a short 2 minute walk down to a sea walk which you can use to walk around most of the nearby coastline with numerous entrances to the sea water. We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at The Hotel Villa Vera.

We really very enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. We were satisfied with accommodation, it was very clean, light and comfortable. We liked also the place outside in the garden. Although there is busy street near this accommodation we were suprised there was really silence inside apartment. To the sea it was nice and short walking.

The accommodation is very nice, luxurious and nicely decorated , there is a heated pool, a bar a really cool garden and various places to just sit and relax outside. The highlight of this stay were really the owners who exceeded every expectation. With their great recommendations, willingness to help and just overall positive attitude.

It was a wonderful holiday, thanks to the homely and beautiful and clean accommodation. Housewife Sonja was an excellent host and companion. The house is located on a hill (thanks to which we had a wonderful view of the sea), it was spacious, furnished in a rustic style with a beautiful dining service. Everywhere was clean. The photos correspond to reality. The sea was clean, that's why we like to return to Istria. Many thanks for all the comfort... 🙂

The Great location, Nice and responsive host. Clean and big apartment with all stuff which you need for vacation. Nice private terrace where you can drink your morning coffee. Private parking in front of apartment. We really enjoy our stay there and defenetely will come back. The beach just 5 minutes it is great when you with little kids.

Perfect place for a holiday, minutes away from Kvarner Beach! My family enjoyed their stay at the apartment Leona - easy location, super tidy with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The hosts were super kind and helpful in regard to our questions and requests - all in all, we really loved this place and would definitely recommend it! 10/10
