1st time staying at the Oakwood. It was more than I bargained for. The staff were tremendously polite and efficient - from check-in to the restaurant to check-out. Key was delivered to me while I had lunch, waiting for my room to be ready. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it was difficult to wake up the next morning. Breakfast spread was sufficient as I am not one for too many selections.
