The food was incredible. You could tell they source from farmers that are local. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and charming. I got a new sport to get lost into. The room was gorgeous, it felt spacious, the room was clean and the staff kept it in top shape. O never had a want of towels, or anything. They were lovely.

What a beautiful place. We are from South Africa and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully furnished and very cosy and comfortable. The food was also divine.

Great location in the centre of town. Wonderful staff and great owner very responsive to the needs of their customers. The room was clean and quiet. The meals in the restaurant were tasty with a nice presentation. Thanks all y'all for everything!!

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Huge park to walk around. Breakfast - absolutely the best. Very convenient location, trains just a couple minutes walk, and so is the grocery store.

Marie is the warmest hostess, made us feel like home and gave us good information about what to do during our one day stay. Lots of useful amenities in the rooms and snacks in the tea room. Beautiful area!

We stayed here as a family with 5 children in two of the large tents very comfortable lots of room very peaceful the children loved everything about it spotless clean the host was amazing very helpful and friendly large big kitchen with everything you need for cooking and storing food in big fridge the weather wasn't on our side but we made the most of it with the children will definitely return next year 😀

Just wow! Stunning view, amazing hosts, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. But best of all was the breakfast, a full Irish cooked to perfection.

A lovely stay! Hosts are very thoughtful and friendly, responding quickly and clearly, care big time for their guests.The tiny home well located in the town near everything. The space was cozy, modern, spotlessly clean, well-maintained and perfectly equipped to meet all needs. A great experience and surely will book it again.

JUST WOW.!! The property is exactly as described, super clean, super comfortable, hot tub was amazing and Claire was an amazing host! There was snow on the ground the night before we were due to arrive and Claire very nicely asked us if we wanted to change to a different date as the roads were so bad but we went ahead and we were so glad we did! Ballyhaunis town was 12 mins away, closer than castlerea and we had a nice Chinese take away for anyone in the future staying in this property! The peace and tranquility is such a win and under 2hrs from Dublin it was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you Claire, we will 100% be back and we can honestly recommend anyone looking for a lovely house away from the world, book this house!! Keith

We didn't actually have the upstairs room, we were given the lovely downstairs room, with en-suite, which was great. The hostess made us feel very welcome and was friendly and helpful. We didn't get to have the breakfast, due to already having plans with family, though it was offered. We were able to make tea/coffee and had full use of the kitchen, whenever we wanted. The bed was comfy, plenty of fluffy towels and the views from the room were incredible. A very quiet location, so we had a good night's sleep. You would need a car to access the property, as it's not central to town, but it offered plenty of parking.

Really nice house with everything you need for a quite weekend away, the fire is really good and handy to set up, all the phystlities were fantastic, checking in and out was no problem aswell, would highly recommend to anyone 👍🏻
