A peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. It was a refreshing experience, and we would love to come back!

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel’s location, directly opposite Lulu Mall, was extremely convenient. The property was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

Excellent is the other name I would like to call Park Elanza. The reason is, what ever we encountered there were above our ecxpectations. Staffs and their quick response, Room deco and it's class arrangements, Restaurant and taste of food, Superb ambiance, Cleanliness and other beautiful facilities. Their restaurant staff was super welcoming and accommodating. We are very grateful to Chef Mukkil who kept insisting to make fresh "Gobi Manchurian" and made us super happy with his hospitality by offering so many other dishes to us.. It was the efforts of Mukkil which turned our negative experience into a positive one. Because of this hospitality along with other restaurant staff I am giving this property a 5+Star rating. Merlis Hotel is easily one of my top three worldwide within the five-star category. As someone who travels frequently for work, I don’t make such praise lightly; this hotel truly stands out above the rest. This hotel is the ONLY one ever that I wish I could stay longer than actually heading back home. We stayed for three nights during a conference, and every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff consistently deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service. I would highly recommend Merlis Hotel to anyone seeking a genuine five-star experience. Fantastic hotel and great place to stayin in Coimbatore. Near all the shops and eateries. Wonderful breakfast and restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit and jiices. Staff were fantastic and helpful as well. Room and bathroom was spotless and well appointed. Super working space as well in the roomas well.

Fresh, modern, good wifi and in a calm neighborhood. The staff were very accomodating, ready to help with anything any time. One of them even accompanied me to help me get my sim on my first day and refused any imbursements. He was incredibly kind and patient. As a little bonus they offered free water, tea and snacks in the rooms.

everythings from this hotel is good and i suggest everyone travel to India, CJB Coimbatore and stay in Plaza Inn.

Value for money. Hotel just opp to railway station. Room was neat and clean. Kettle available for heating drinking water. Hot water came in bathroom even at early hours. Cost was also reasonable.
