Lovely hosts. I couldn’t recommend more. They helped us to find a place to park our car, asked what we wanted for breakfast and provided items that are not usually in the list and they gave us several tips for Noto and other Sicilian cities. Bed was comfy and shower was good.

Davide is the most AMAZING host we’ve ever had! He always responded immediately, he was extremely attentive, and he was extremely helpful. He truly cares about his guests happiness! And it was the best experience we’ve ever had! The apartment is AMAZING! It was sparkling clean. Wifi was fast and strong to do online work. Bed was very comfortable and linens are high quality. Everything is new and in great condition. It’s very cozy and is decorated so lovely. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Fantastic amenities. Fantastic location, it’s close to everything and tucked away down a quiet lane for a peaceful sleep. Book this apartment! You will love it!

First and foremost all rental begins with a host. Flavio was very helpful from the beginning to the end. His apartment was a dream come true, not only by the location, in the heart of the old town, but the beautiful way it is designed. We enjoyed the feeling of home away from home. There were some extras included, such as olive oil, vinegar, and coffee, laundry detergent. The apartment has a little outdoor patio, which was also a huge plus. Quiet, quaint, and cosy. I wish we stayed longer. Great location for a location to travel to other destinations. The bus station is 5 minutes away to take day trips to other destinations. Forgot to mention the breakfast cafe with lovely sweet and savory options, and lovely service.

The modern and high quality house is surrounded by beautiful lemon trees. The rooms are of good size and have a quality Interieur. The pool and relax areas outside are outstanding! The owners were very friendly, greeted us on arrival, provided tips for the area and were available to chat. Breakfast was also amazing and fresh, coffee/eggs/… were freshly made on request. The place is a bit remote, but perfectly located to visit Noto(10-15min drive)

Positioned in a Quiet area and not so far from the center, easily reachable within 5 minutes walking. Nice terrace in the common area to enjoy your meals or simply enjoy the sunrise/sunset vibes. A fridge is available in the room, with complimentary water. Room tidy and clean with your own bathroom and a little balcony facing the plaza to dry your wet clothes/sea towels. Great for a couple of days stop in Noto.

Ludovico is a great host who gave us every information we needed during our day in Noto and this room made our stay extra special. Every detail in the room was perfect, we fell in love with the decorations. The only difficulty was parking, which is the situation in all over Noto. Thankfully, the parking lot recommended by Ludovico was very close to the property. I would for sure choose this place again during my next trip to Noto!
