Accommodation in Furuseki

very nice Japanese style room. clean and big. Great fuji mount view out of window！

Very kind host and beautiful house! Big recommendation!

Super convenient location, great dinner and breakfast- they do offer a BBQ but we missed it as we got in late! Amazingly our room had clear views of Mt Fuji.

Location is perfect, lots of mountain trails are available right from hotel

-80's nostalgia in the middle of a quiet forest.

Half board was absolutely worth to book. One of my best diners in Japan. The walk around the lake and the view of Mt.Fuji are superb.

Very friendly host - always striving to assist the guest and make their stay as pleasant as possible. Very tasteful dinner and perfect food quality.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

We received excellent service, the staff were very friendly at all times, and we were even welcomed by the hotel manager. The views are spectacular, we saw Mount Fuji from different perspectives and I don't think it could be seen more beautifully from anywhere else. Although it is a hotel with a lot of history and has been operating for a long time, all the vintage details actually enrich the experience. Furthermore, I never thought sleeping on a futon could be so comfortable. I regretted not booking more nights at this place. Finally, I would like to point out that the guy at the reception has the best English I heard in all of Japan, which is much appreciated. Although the restaurant was closed because the chef was on holiday, the reception offered us a pizza that was delicious. I hope to return very soon!

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, without a doubt. The room is excellent, and the hotel staff are so attentive. I highly recommend it, and I plan to return.

Love the place with a Mount Fuji view & also near to lake saiko. Great family house to stay in

Simply incredible, waking up to Fuji views is priceless.

The best location for hiking at Mount Fuji if you have a car, excellent food

The house was lovely, and perfect for a secluded, relaxed stay near Mt fuji. The surrounding valley is beautiful and only a short drive from lots of hikes, lakes, and Mt fuji itself. We stayed 2 nights but could definitely have stayed more

This is a very special property in a beautiful rural valley. The building itself is stunning. It was a very authentic experience.

Fantastic experience and beautiful place with stunning view!

It was a big and beautiful house over looking Saiko Lake & Mount Fuji.Suitable for those who like quiet & peace environment.
