Accommodation in Osaka

Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and very up market feel. The FO staff came on his own with us at 4.30 am to help fetch a cab for Itami airport

This is one of the best APA hotels i've seen. It simply exceeded my expectations. The bar, the swimming pool, the self check in. The concept that it has extra facilities than the others in teh same building. Everything was really great.

This is a extremely westernized hotel option, so it was comfortable because it was familiar, there was a lot of staff and almost everyone spoke English. This hotel is close to Osaka station, but it will take a bit to get used to the streets and locations. There is a Donki really close and several food options, right around the corner there is a bar alley, so if your are into nightlife, this is a great option for you. The staff was extremely helpful on assisting to have our luggage shipped to our next location. There was also a 24-hr convenience store inside the hotel!

The room had really good lighting

Liked that they had a large room with enough beds for my large family. The breakfast buffet was great too!

I liked the location and comfort and onsen was great

Location was great and staff was very helpful

The staff were excellent both at the front desk and restaurant. Although I tried speaking a little Japanese their english was very good and nothing was too much trouble. Sato I believe her name was, was extremely helpful.

Super clean, great hotel, staff is amazing and just overall a great hotel! The location is perfect and a short walk to Osaka Umeda Station Moxy is a great hotel gain!! It’s a definite stay for anyone going to Osaka

Great stay close to public transport. Great value for money and the appartment itself is great

Everything about the stay was perfect, except that at checkout I discovered the actual price was ¥50,000 higher than what I booked on Booking.com. After checking the bill, it turned out to be a so-called ‘breakfast service fee.’ It was quite unexpected and a bit hard to understand

I liked the location very much.

Everything was suburb, the room size the room the bed the staff the breakfast the location all were just amaizing I would surly stay on the same hotel when visiting Osaka again

I loved absolutely everything about my stay in beautiful Cocoroom and I will be back for sure! Great staff, spacious garden, home cooked meals twice a day, morning Taiso excercise, lots of art and many interesting people. The location is superb too, next to metro station with great connections to everywhere. A warm recommendation. ❤️

The location is very convenient, 3 metro stations are in 500 meter distances. Grocery stores like lawsons, life is very near.

Clean, comfortable, close to the train station and lots of convenience stores and nice family friendly restaurants around!

The hotel is situated just a short taxi ride or a few train stops from the Dotonbori and Namba areas, where the crowds are.Furthermore it has an hourly free shuttle to Osaka Station. It is in a beautiful riverside location. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The room is a fair size for Osaka and was spotlessly clean.

Very clean and friendly staff. Super good location.

Very good experience with hotel and stuff - everyone are friendly and helpful, everything that you may need is in room.

It was such a great location! The entrance to Yodoyabashi station is on the same block, family mart across the street, 7 eleven a couple blocks away and a walk down the Main Street to anywhere you want to go if your heart desires. Really liked it, would stay here again.

Loved the convenience, quality and value for money

Located directly above Shin Osaka Station, very convenient and easily accessible to catch the shinkansen and Osaka Metro. Lots of food catering options as well. Though the room is quite small it’s comfortable and has all the amenities. Staff is very helpful even all check ins & check outs have now dobe through the machines.

Wonderful, had a great time there.

Close to Namba station. Room size is standard, but luggage can be stowed under the bed to free some room for yourself.

everything. from the grandeur of the entrance to the lounge area was stunning. and the staff(everyone one of them) were wonderful. i travel a lot but this ranks up with the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Following a stay in Tokyo which sometimes felt like we were in an apartment the size of a postage stamp, arriving at the apartment in Osaka was the answer to all of our dreams - absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, and beautifully presented, location was ideal.

Good value for money, clean tidy, convenient location

Location was great, very close to Osaka station, shopping, restaurants and away from Namba which makes this hotel really good in terms of location. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, and had a separate room as well. Staff were really helpful and attentive, and helped us out with all our questions and ensured our stay was going well. Highly recommend this hotel for a more quiet stay in Osaka.

-Great location, next to Osaka Station. -Sophisticated ambience, super nice rooms. -Hotel is located within a modern shopping mall with plenty of restaurant options. -High rise hotel with great views of the city. -Good breakfast with a la carte omelet options.

Great location, clean and staff were super friendly and easy to communicate with.

It is the best location in Osaka.

Great location, nice quiet area but also close to public transport. Room cleaned to a nice standard.
