Very close to the train station

Centrally located, clean & a good restaurant.

A good place in Osaka to stay for travelling with family, very friendly staffs, very good breakfast, very close for metro (Yodoyabashi, only three stations from Namba). We are very happy to stay this hotel.

It’s right in front of the station, great location if you’re going to USJ. Also the hotel was super clean and the staff were very nice.

Really accommodating staff. Left luggage there hours before check in to sightsee. Plenty of extras including toiletries, umbrellas and a complimentary bar with well stocked drinks and snacks.

It has a very good location and is very nicely designed with very functional utilities and helpful staff. Good fitness club

The location is awesome and stuff is super nice. Room was as describes and met all our expectations.

What you get concidering you pay it is absolutely awesome. A nice hotel and fredh one for the price.

Hotel location is excelent, just over the Honmachi Subway station. Also, plebty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This makes this hotel one of my favorites in Osaka. There is also a convenience store in the second floor of the hotel.

Short walk to Universal studios.

The rooms were spacious for Osaka. The SPA / Onsen was also very well designed with a outdoor bath, indoor bath, cold water, and sauna. Facilities are very well managed and there are plenty of amenities including multiple food and drinks vending machines on the 14th floor.

It was a free upgrade and park view room and very spacious.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room. I like the buffet breakfast. Location was great. Everything is great.

Exceptional Hotel! I loved the decoration! Location 2 minutes walking from Osaka station in a place away from the hassle of Osaka but close enough ro reach by tube. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Staff very attentive. Super clean with an wow view!

Location was incredible, unit was small but comfortable

This place is so conveniently close to the enormous Osaka station that traveling around was a breeze. The staff were very friendly and could handle my broken English and Japanese. The heating was great for the middle of winter, and because the entrance is tucked around the corner from the main street it's nice and quiet inside, and my room was free of any blaring lights or traffic noises at night. The free matcha tea was a nice touch.

We loved x3 the hotel . I had very little expectation from the hotel (was just looking for somewhere to rest whilst in Osaka), so this made the experience much better. Location: The hotel is right above the train station which made commute very easy. View: it was an excellent view of the city from the 32nd floor especially at night (free of charge) . I think the building is even higher than the Umeda sky building . I particularly loved seeing the trains coming in and out of the station. Stunning Food : Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. We really enjoyed the meals Room : The hotel is modern in design and we loved the furniture . The rooms are not too big but the room look quite spacious by maximising the space . Things are tucked away in cupboards so the room looks simple and not too busy. The toilet is very modern. Bed was very soft and so we slept like babies . I have read about people being affected by the noise from outside but this was not an issue for us. we were not disturbed by any noise. Overall - It is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in a number of hotels . Again, having little expectations was one if the major factors for this. The staff were very polite and helpful . Kudos to whoever designed the hotel and the rooms - we think you did a fantastic job. On the last day , we had to wait a few minutes for a table for breakfast on Sunday morning but I excused this by understanding that just like me, a lot of people will return to the hotel . The staff did their best to manage the situation. We will not hesitate to book this hotel if we come again to Osaka. * This was a personal experience and I do not like hyping/praising things so that people are not disappointed due to their expectations . So my advice would be that if you are looking at booking the hotel based on this review , then do so with an open mind and not have high expectations. More importantly , just try to enjoy your stay*

I am glad this was the first hotel we chose to come to in Japan it really exemplified what professionalism, quality, care, and attentiveness were. Staff was amazing, they took their time and they tried their best to fix a problem, the buffet for breakfast had lots of options and luggage service was smooth.

There was a problem when we checked in but the staff did everything to make sure it was solved. Very happy with the location, shopping and restaurants close by. We loved the view!
