I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was also perfect, with easy access to our experience at Universal Studios! The only downside was the pillows, which were a bit too firm for my liking. A softer option would have made the experience absolutely flawless. Other than that, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near Dotonbori. We were higher up, so we didn't hear noise from outside and could sleep without issues. The hotel has a laundry service, vending and ice machines, so it's incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice.

Perfectly situated for the Osaka Namba area. Excellent access to the Namba Walk and downtown street markets. This a basic mid range hotel.

Excellent location, loads of shops for everything you need, Osaka station is 5 minutes walk with access to trains and subway and buses, and another station is 6 minutes walk with direct limousine bus service from/to Kansai airport. Staff are exceptionally helpful with anything you ask for including directions. Breakfast was excellent too, water dispensers on every floor, coffee machines available in the lobby. It was really a great stay, will definitely be my choice for Osaka.

The property was exceptionally clean, I did not see a single speck of dust! Property of location was walkable towards the part of the city where they had shops and it was good to return to an area where it was quiet. 7-eleven was close by for supplies.

Very clean and well provided, Staff are frienfly and communicte well, cleaning service everyday made sure my bedsheets were changed and my amenities were replenished.
