One of a kind place! Even before boarding the elevator staff is standing by, asking for your name so that the gracious ladies at the reception already know about you checking in. The huge room is spotlessly clean, and you will discover hidden amenities everywhere - one example being the fabric spray for your clothes. Big bathroom with a tub features breathtaking views, as does the huge balcony.
The luxurious bar is free in the evening and features high-class drinks and local snacks.
Take your time to talk to the staff. Osaka locals are known for their friendliness, and this hotel's staff are perfect ambassadors for their city. One lady taught us how to count with our fingers in Japanese. A special shout-out goes to Taigen with his bubbly personality.
We will definitely come back here.

Excellent location, loads of shops for everything you need, Osaka station is 5 minutes walk with access to trains and subway and buses, and another station is 6 minutes walk with direct limousine bus service from/to Kansai airport. Staff are exceptionally helpful with anything you ask for including directions. Breakfast was excellent too, water dispensers on every floor, coffee machines available in the lobby. It was really a great stay, will definitely be my choice for Osaka.

Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. The gym was fully equipped with weights machines and cardio equipment. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by

The location was perfect for our needs. They have a fabulous breakfast spread and everyone was very helpful. We needed to take a train and bus to different locations in Japan and both were located within a short walk from the hotel.
Beautiful room and super comfy bed! Can't recommend it enough.

It's location beside the train and bus station. The check-in staff were warm , friendly and helpful. I like the different waste bins in the room for recycling and general rubbish.😉

All. Except the fact that I didn’t find a decent take away place upon arrival and I was so exhausted that made me annoyed. Restaurants around don’t sell for take out and the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and I didn’t want to eat chips from a convenience store that is by the hotel. That was the only downside. All the rest was great.

Very clean . Had absolutely everything in the hotel you could need ( even a vending machine selling underwear!) . Unbelievable value for money. Hairdryer is in the room along with a t.v.
Free dressing gown, free toothbrush, hairbrush , slippers. Free hot and cold drinks ( ice cubes provided) from a vending machine in the lobby between 14:00 and midnight .
Also in the lobby is a change machine.
The microwave is available in the laundry room.
The washing machines are only 300 yen per wash with built-in soap powder and 200 yen for the tumble dryer. The staff are amazing. They were so kind but not intrusive. Always there to answer questions.

My family had a three - bed room, which was huge.
The windows open fully in the bedrooms.
My bedding and towels were spotless.
Good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied. The shower pressure was fab.
Even room spray was provided.
The breakfast was varied and tasted amazing.Its all you can eat. The dining room was spotlessly clean.
There is a convenience store on the corner of the road.
We would definitely stay there again !!!
