Hotel is near restaurants and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi. Very convenient.
Bathroom was accessible with separate shower and bath which is safe and easy to use for all guests, regardless of their physical ability or age. As a disabled person, I was very appreciative of this facility.

really great value for the price. pretty convenient location. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The Onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We didnt add any extra meals to our booking, but they do offer a free Soba soup and beverages at night. Overall all the amenities added a lot of extra value to the relatively low price of accommodation.

Cancelled my booking with another hotel and took a chance on this one after seeing the stellar reviews, and after staying here, I can confirm that the compliments are 100% deserved. The staff are extremely friendly, always ready to help and greeting you with a smile! We even got escorted to the train station on our last day there, which was honestly something I've NEVER experienced from any other hotel in Japan. I stayed in a 4-star hotel in Kyoto after my stay here, and the service was so much colder and stingier in comparison... not to mention, there are plenty of massage chairs on the first floor for you to relax in (for free!) after a hectic day of shopping, as well as free flow of drinks in the lounge area. On days when you don't feel like eating out (or if you just want a break from the crowd), you can buy food back and have your meal in the lounge in peace :) the fact that the hotel itself is relatively small is an advantage, because I never saw the lounge entirely filled during my stay there. It's also much easier to do your laundry (no need to wait in line or do your laundry at weird hours). Will definitely stay here again in future!

I was lucky to have found this nice aparthotel in booking.com. It was a perfect fit for us five, a couple, two kids and mother-in-law. The kids, of ages 19 and 17, were amazed of the bunker beds, and the separated bathrooms and toilets, two of each, made the stay also more comfortable. The small apartment had everything you needed for a family trip or business travel etc. The staff were very kind and helpul. We could check in a bit earlier which we really appreciated for we arrived tired from a trip and my mother-in-law needed a quick fresh-up. The free amenities in the lobby and the ideal location are also characteristics of the hotel that have to be mentioned.
I would recommend this accommodation to friends or/and family who visit this neighbourhood.
