The children loved the view on Osaka Bay from the hotel (room was at the 24th floor). Big and very comfortable room. Well located near Osaka Airport. We appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport. The restaurants also offer an amazing view (52th or 53th floor)! Everything was great.

What a great hotel with outstanding views on the top! We didn't have time to enjoy the restaurants but the bar was excellent. The view from the room and bar especially was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed it soo much that at the end of the day we couldn't wait to get there again. Room was fully equipped and very comfortable (large for Japanese standards). Breakfast was very good (it missed more cheese options for Westerns like us but it wasn't that big of a deal). Coffee from a bar was the best coffee we had in whole Japan (the one from the self-service machine was not so good, more of a filter coffee like elsewhere).

Great first Japanese Onsen Experience. Loved the entrance of the hotel and the fact that shoes are FORBIDDEN inside the hotel.. Was not at all prepared for the Steam Bath NAKED experience - had assumed it was a normal hot baths... anyways it was really well laid out in the Baths, cold plunge and sauna and a MUST for anyone wanting to go with nature! The Rooms are small but very functional and clean - I couldnt fault them at all I would stay here again as the location was safe, central and in a really nice classy neighbourhood. I discovered "Northshore" Restaurant just across the road for a Vegan, Western Breakfast if you are in dire need and have been travelling for a while like I had.

The room was great size. It included a washing machine, kitchen, and bathroom with a tub and shower space. They provided us with high quality linen and towels. The room was cleaned every 2 days. The staff even stored our luggages in our room ready for arrival when we had the luggage delivered from Tokyo. Amazing experience, right next to a Tsuruhashj station and Korea Town and all the major convenience stores. Do not have a bad thing to say at all.

This APA hotel is very good. Located very close to shin-Osaka station, very comfortable if you are traveling around Japan. Easy for day trips to Kyoto and other places. The area is quiet ( you don't hear the trains), not too much going on around. The staff was polite and helpful. Some speak English, some not. Breakfast was tasty, Japanese style, not too much choice, but enough for me. Some people wrote in the review that it's impossible to control the A/C in the room. Well in my room it was possible - you have a/C display on the bed. The bed is super comfy , I slept well.

Osaka is an amazing city.

Osaka is an amazing city. Full of big energy, bright lights and traditional Japanese culture. You can have it all here. It's also only a short train ride to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe, so it's a great base to explore Japan from. I recommend it over Tokyo to be honest. Everything felt more genuine and relaxed in Osaka, plus less tourist pricing so you could get delicious traditional food for a local price tag. I recommend it if you're coming to Japan!

I love The Izumi-Sano Osaka because it's right by the sub-way station. 10 mins away from Outlet Store, 10 mins from a shopping Mall. Restaurants inside the hotel are very good. Staffs are very professional.

You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

I really loved the layout of the room.

I really loved the layout of the room. Having a dedicated lounge room seperate from the bedroom was great. What I thought might be improved upon was the signage to the reception area. Coming from the train, you walk in and you’re on the second floor looking down into an open area where as you walk past a pharmacy you see a reception. Going into the lifts, perhaps have a sign saying that the reception is to the left following the red arrow.

Great area with stores open till late and an interesting...

Great area with stores open till late and an interesting place to explore on walks. The area was safe even at night. Sakai is well located between the KIX airport and Namba also is one of the express trains stops. Bars and restaurants open very late at night plus convenience stores everywhere open 24/7. Excellent shopping Mall there also and other supermarkets all in easy walking distance from the station.
