the room is spacious, the on-site onsen is bigger than I expected!! It has indoor and outdoor pools which can accomodate lots of people during rush hours. The hotel is just across the subway station, very convenient if you want to go to universal studio.

This hotel was one of the best we had to book in Japan. We lived on the 17th floor. Amazing panorama, big window and bed. This hotel has a shared hot spring bath, which was clean, tidy, and had a lot of amenities. The location of the hotel itself is also good. If I had to choose a hotel in Osaka again, I would definitely choose this hotel. good price-quality ratio.

Great hotel with large rooms, location is near train station

Staff was very welcoming, could do enough comunication in english. They could hold baggage post checkout. Room was really clean and comfortable for 2 fully able male adults traveling with just a backpack each (some could say space between the beds is small and not enough space if you have oversize luggage). Bath was amazing, bidet, shampoo, conditioner included. AC worked 100%. Location is amazing since you're a few blocks away from Namba/Dotonbori. (Some could feel a bit unsafe at nights behind Dotonbori). Really cheap for my standards.

Very very amazingly convenient, with a 7/11 right next door. Automated check in and check out, very helpful amenities in the hotel too. Great tools and items provided, and with gokd regular clean towels too. Drinkable tap, great temperature tap, and light controls.

We arrived after ten hours in buses, trains, planes and a good deal of walking to a beautiful room overlooking the river. Outside was noisy. Inside was quiet. The room was perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean. After a couple of hours relaxing and washing, we were ready to go for the evening. This is a great hotel. We'd like to stay again, but it's all booked out on our return to Osaka :(

Really cute, Japanese style room. We had a lovely view from the top floor. The bath was amazing. Extremely clean. Breakfast was AMAZING, had Japanese and western options, good machine coffee. The lounge was lovely, with games, books, snacks, noodles and drinks (depending on the time of day). Location was good - train station 5 min walk, heaps of great local restaurants within walking distance. Area has a local, business feel, but was nice.

Hello I liked everything about the Hotel, I am already planning my second trip to Japan and I am 100% staying on your hotel again, I would also look for Royal Park Hotels in other cities of Japan. I would also like to point out the excellent service of the person that is in the entrance, where the cars arrive I do not remember his name but he was suuuper friendly and really helped me out on a problem I was having I do not remember his name but he was a young man, he has excellent communication skills and super helpful.

The location is good, few minutes walk from Dotonbori and other places like the train station (OCAT), kuromon market and the shopping in shinsaibashi.

The onsen with a spectacular view, the room was great and the restaurant for our dinner was really nice offering a lot of different kind of food. The location was perfect next to a metro station.

As usual APA hotels are really consistent in their quality/service offering. The room was functional and the hote´ was strategically placed : 5mn away from dotombori without being drowned in people, and right next to Namba station, which allows to take a direct train for KIX

The cleanliness and the ambiance

Breathtaking views of city as soon as you enter 26 floor lobby. Ultra modern new and chic. Fantastic location! Loved it and would definitely come back.
