Inside airport no need to go out so very convenient to short break before continuing my trip. Also hotel managed to respond on time to my last minute change in schedule due to delay in my flight so much appreciated.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near Dotonbori. We were higher up, so we didn't hear noise from outside and could sleep without issues. The hotel has a laundry service, vending and ice machines, so it's incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice.

Perfectly situated for the Osaka Namba area. Excellent access to the Namba Walk and downtown street markets. This a basic mid range hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was also perfect, with easy access to our experience at Universal Studios! The only downside was the pillows, which were a bit too firm for my liking. A softer option would have made the experience absolutely flawless. Other than that, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Free spa. 5 mins walk to USJ and 1 min to Train station. I love the hotel.

The location in the Namba area close from shops restaurants and transports. The area is great in the evenings especially. Room size larger than average in big Japanese cities Breakfirst (a variety of japanese and european style items) Staff always helpful (some with good level of english and others hard to understand but always trying to help)

The location is excellent to visit all important tourist spots. The SPA service is also very good.

The hotel was super clean and the service from the staff was excellent, as you would expect from an APA hotel. Good value for money, perhaps a bit pricey if you are travelling alone but for a couple of nights it is well worth it. And a very good location, near of dotonbori and Nipponbashi.
