We travelled from Australia and this was a great stay for my partner and I, (I am 6ft3 keep in mind) we had 2 large suitcases and we had more than enough room for both of us. It’s not a large room, and it’s not a small room, it was the perfect size, and felt very cosy. We stayed for 6 nights and we had booked other accomodation for the period, but we were unhappy with it as we arrived, and decided to leave, we booked this accomodation online on the day and checked in 20 minutes later and the value for money was very fair. The staff were exceptional and always around to help when we needed it. We felt very safe as we had keycards that were needed to unlock the entrance, the elevator and the door to our room. The hotel was very close to the Shinsaibashi Mall strip, and was about a 5-10 minute walk at most, and we were also about a 5 minute walk from the nearest train stations. The Check in/out was extremely fast and easy and every day the staff provided us with clean pyjamas, towels and complimentary water bottles. There is also washing machine facilities, vending machines, and ice dispensers on level 5 and level 9 which were easily accessible and easy to use. (the washing machines had a QR code that you could see on your phone the availability of the washing machines/ how long was left of the cycle) If we were to travel back to Osaka in the future, we will 100% be staying here again!

The Osaka Kurumon market is just a stone's throw away with lots of convenience stores just round every corner. Mimaru itself provides free flow coffee every morning and evening. They even provide free flow of soft drinks from 3pm - 9pm everyday. The hotel also has a gym, ice machine and a vending machine situated on the 2nd floor. Whilst the hotel does not provide breakfast, this was not a problem as our room came with a perfectly equipped kitchen and microwave.

Everything, our stay was amazing, the room was perfect for us, it had a good ambiance and vibe to it, extremely clean, lots of amenities were provided, hotel staff were really helpful booking us a taxi and arranging our suitcases to be transported to our next destination and good amount of space for a couple with 6 suitcases 😅 location was great too, walking distances to where we needed to go and the main strip of Osaka.

Everything. The hotel is in a great spot close to the train station but not exactly on it. It's only a short walk for Shinkansesn and subway access. The property is well kept and extremely clean. I really loved the layout of the room.

I really loved the layout of the room. Having a dedicated lounge room seperate from the bedroom was great. What I thought might be improved upon was the signage to the reception area. Coming from the train, you walk in and you’re on the second floor looking down into an open area where as you walk past a pharmacy you see a reception. Going into the lifts, perhaps have a sign saying that the reception is to the left following the red arrow.

You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating,...

The people that work there are very kind and accommodating, from the moment you book till you leave they make sure everything is taken care of and are available to help 24/7. This place is extremely peaceful, the food is out of a story book because of how good it is and I just love this place so much I will be back one day. I took the bike for a ride exiting to the left of the villa and found a restaurant called green something ( I can’t remember the name) and it was such a beautiful place with a stream running through the outdoor dining area.

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

Staying in Osaka meant we could do trips to other areas without changing hotels. (Kyoto / Kobe etc). It has a lot to offer in its own right as well so you will never be bored. Will definitely come back here again.

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

Great area with stores open till late and an interesting...

Great area with stores open till late and an interesting place to explore on walks. The area was safe even at night. Sakai is well located between the KIX airport and Namba also is one of the express trains stops. Bars and restaurants open very late at night plus convenience stores everywhere open 24/7. Excellent shopping Mall there also and other supermarkets all in easy walking distance from the station.
