Great location and very friendly staff! We booked the two bedroom room with breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the sound isolation was great. The breakfast also had good western and asian choices. Great value for the price.

The location totally worth since is 5 min away of the Kioto station by walking, furthermore the hotel has its own restaurant so the breakfast never was a problem.

Hotel is next to Kyoto station exit hachijo. I loved it .acces the hotel is a small mall with don quijote . There are so many restaurant at Kyoto station and Macdonald. There is a spa in the hotel. Free water every day and cleaning .this location is awesome .

Huge room for three people, with enough space to open all ths suitcases at the same time. Cleanliness of the room. Superb and polite personnel. Temperatura adjustment of the room. Five minutes walking from Kyoto central rail station, full of resturants.

I liked everything. That was the best hotel during our 16 days stay in Japan. Excellent location, excellent stuff, complementary coffee and bread every morning, cosy rooms with tea sets and etc.

I really loves it. Hotel is right in front of Kyoto train station including Bus station. Kyoto Station do have Isetan, convenient store and small stores.

Its nearness to the underground and the many shops nearby.

Friendly staff, facilities were excellent and good value for money. Location was ideal for metro and shops. Free hotel bikes to get to see.some local sights.

A very nice new property in a great location only 150meters from the station (no noise at all) Spacious room with a balcony, free welcome drink of your choice alcoholic or soft drinks free tea coffee and juice all day. Great restaurant on site serving full breakfast and dinner

Great location, 5 min walk from Kyoto station. Easy to access popular attractions and transportation hubs. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. I look forward to staying here again on my next Kyoto visit.

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is great and the complimentary matcha lattes available any time are a nice touch. The room is nothing special, but it's comfortable and had everything we needed.

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, very well located and easy to go anywhere. I asked for a room with window facing the back, and it was sunny and quiet. Perhaps it was the last days of December so the whole hotel was not very busy and my room was cleaned every day even without my asking. Front desk could speak English very well and very well-mannered. There is a great bakery across the street in the alley that sells divine pastry that you should really try. A family mart is just round the corner. ANyway a lovely stay and will come back again.

This hotel is beautiful, ideally located, and boasts a team of incredibly helpful and friendly staff. A special shoutout to the Guest Service Manager, Mark, who went the extra mile to assist me during my stay. His efforts made a significant difference and greatly enhanced my experience. Highly recommended!
