The staff are exceptional! 💯 accomodating with our request. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Mitsui Garden Hotel and it was the best decision. The private bath experience is excellent! Make sure you book it. Also had the most peaceful morning in the public bath. Mitsui Garden Hotel service is very good. Facilities are in excellent condition. Also have a very reliable luggage delivery service. Breakfast choices are good with unlimited drinks! We had the best time 🤍

Very convenient as it is less than a 5 min walk to the JR station. The hotel does include a public bath/Japanese spa for guests! here is also a 24-hour seven-eleven right next door.

Close to the station. There was a Japanese Bath you can use once (I couldn't because of tattoo is allowed). The room was small, but I knew that. They keep your languages.

Everything was super great. The room was clean and very comfortable. shampoo and conditioner left my hair really bright. The possibility to drink coffee and eat something for breakfast is really cool.

We are a family of three and our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with a very nice room and high-quality bedding that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is convenient, with a bus stop close to the hotel. The public bath was especially helpful after a long day of walking, providing a perfect way to unwind. The highlight of our stay was the luggage service — they delivered our luggages from the hotel (under the same brand) near Kyoto Station to our hotel in Shojo at a very reasonable price, and also helped arrange delivery to our next destination. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their support and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Henn na Hotel Premier Kyoto Gojo Karasuma. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting Kyoto and close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. We especially appreciated the design of the rooms, which felt modern, stylish, and comfortable while still keeping a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were also very clean and well organized. The breakfast was also great, with tasty food and a good variety of options to start the day well. Overall, a great hotel for staying in Kyoto, combining comfort, design, and a very convenient location.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect and quite close to the train and bus stations. The hotel staff were very helpful and there was a luggage delivery service that was quite handy. I loved everything about this hotel, comfortable, clean and amazing room and location for the price! Also there is a free onsen everyone can use!

Spacius room, AC worked very well, breakfast was amazing and worth of money. Very clean place. Staff was very helpfull. Location is good, easy to walk and sub/JR station is closeby.

As it’s in Kyoto station perfect for day trips out of Kyoto. Easy to get to everywhere from here with trains & buses & can walk to many places. Great breakfast included.

Smart hotel close to gojo metro station. Good room and very good breakfast

I like the fact it was very close to the Jr station and that you also have a Konbini right outside and other few places if you want to eat something typical. The hotel was very clean, and the room was big compared to the normal Japanese room sizes. They had literally everything you need, and I think they also renovated the place recently.
