This hotel had everything you could possibly need. It was very close to Kyoto station (5 min walk) and a local bus stop. The onsen was perfect after a whole day of exploring the city. It was very convinient to forward our luggage to Tokyo. Higly recommend this hotel, hopefully we'll come back.

The receptionists are so helpful when sending our luggage to Tokyo, the food selection is massive. Their hospitality is the best. Only the size of the toilet is a bit too small. But I love this hotel 🙏

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, very well located and easy to go anywhere. I asked for a room with window facing the back, and it was sunny and quiet. Perhaps it was the last days of December so the whole hotel was not very busy and my room was cleaned every day even without my asking. Front desk could speak English very well and very well-mannered. There is a great bakery across the street in the alley that sells divine pastry that you should really try. A family mart is just round the corner. ANyway a lovely stay and will come back again.

The room was spacious and tidy. They also provided with fresh toiletries daily. On top of that, the hotel is very close to Kyoto Station.

Great location and very clean

A great hotel- large room with very big bed, convenient location - really very close to Nijo train station and lots of facilities. We really rnjoyed our three days here and would come again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big enough for two people with two large suitcases. Bed is comfortable and we really have a superb stay! TV comes with Netflix and YouTube. Overall, we love our stay here and it was one of the best ever!

Very close to Shinkansen kyoto station

The staff is the nicest staff ever- Location was perfect, close to main restaurants, trains, easy to walk around and get taxi when needed. It is a great location.

We loved everything. It was warm for March there, and the beds were good. These were the 2 things we cared about the most.

We had a very pleasant stay at Henn na Hotel Premier Kyoto Gojo Karasuma. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting Kyoto and close to public transport, restaurants, and shops. We especially appreciated the design of the rooms, which felt modern, stylish, and comfortable while still keeping a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were also very clean and well organized. The breakfast was also great, with tasty food and a good variety of options to start the day well. Overall, a great hotel for staying in Kyoto, combining comfort, design, and a very convenient location.

I had another great stay at Sakura Terrace in Kyoto. This wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The room was spotless, and you can really tell they take cleanliness seriously. The staff were also fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even better. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It’s very close to the station, which makes getting around Kyoto super easy. Right after exiting the hotel, you have Kujo Station nearby, as well as bus stops that can take you to many of the city’s main attractions and famous shrines. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

Room (for 1 person) is clean and spacious. All amenities are available in the room, as much as a display to control lights and air conditioning, and a large TV in front of the bed with all the info about the hotel, services, etc. The bathroom is the typical japanese, completely covered in plastic bathroom, but with more space than usual. The breakfast can satisfy many different cultures, as it has sweet, salty, oriental-style, and occidental-style food. There is also a laundry room where payment is completely cash-free... Hooray!

A positive surprise was pubic bath with indoor and outdoor pool, and a proper sauna.

Very spacious and comfortable room and the staff were helpful and welcoming. There are many places to get dinner or lunch nearby which you can reach by walking just a few minutes.

Very nice and clean hotel in a cosy park area, 20 minutes walk from Kyoto railway station. The metro station just in front of the hotel. There is a small convenience store in the building. The rooms are spotless and daily cleaning is very thorough. Delicious and abundant breakfast.

Great location, 10 mins walk to major streets and shopping malls. Convenient store right next/across hotel. Super fast check in/out, efficient customer service with English. Parking available with extra fee. Comfy rooms with japanese style bathroom, good for relax with hot bath. Free pick of toilettery items from lobby for daily needs, hair oil, makeup removal, hair band/clip,etc.

The vegetarian breakfast was SUPER!!!

The layout of the properly was great. The open concept was lovely. Enjoyed the music played by a band at certain hours. Room was relatively clean.

Fantastic location in downtown Kyoto. Gion is just across the bridge. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. For those continuing to Osaka, Sanjo station is less than 10 minutes' walk. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, possibly one of the nicest throughout my stay.
