Perfect location ski in ski out. Room with gorgeous view onto the slopes. Comfortable beds. Nice bar area and lounge. Enough closet space and a drawer for clothes. Like that the hotel wasn’t huge - it was a good size.

Spacious and quiet room. Very good breakfast with a huge variety of choises. Even though it serves as a ski resort, it was great as a stop during summer.

After snowboarding the whole day, it was nice to have a hot water kettle for water or tea. The kitchenette had everything we needed -- plates, napkins, utensils, and mugs. Also, Chromecast was nice to have when we just wanted to relax and enjoy Netflix. The water got hot quickly and the water pressure was great for showers. The room and hotel was very quiet.

Super easy check in, great price, adjustable thermostat for comfort, all the amenities' you need are either in the room or just in the hall, convenient place for snow gear, being able to walk around town and find food, and easy to get to Hirafu Gondola

We have been returning to this hotel repeatedly, and overall, it offers the best value in the area. The garage is a significant advantage, allowing us to park our car conveniently. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming which enhances our stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. You can see the ski slopes from the lodge & a short 2 minute walk your on the slopes! The staff went above & beyond to make you feel welcome & do anything they can for you. The breakfast was amazing everyday & grateful for there help with gluten free options. Reslly grateful to be picked up from the nook when I arrived & for a small fee taken to Hirafu welcome center for my transfer back to airport. My room was always lovely & warm and clean. The beds were comfy and the showers had plenty of hot water. Was fantastic being able to do my washing for free & use of guests kitchen was fantastic. There aren't any shops in the local area so I bought food for the week in Grand Hirafu and cooked every night at the lodge and it was fantastic. I would absolutely stay again in a heart beat. The views are fantastic and there are a few restaurants I think in the area but I did eat at any so cant comment. Its was fantastic place to stay & the log fire is epic. Be prepared that the shuttle bus service is only every hour! So if the top of the mountain is closed due to bad weather you cant get to any of the other resorts only via the bus. get the bus early to not into your ski time.

The service staff were very good. I was very considerate. The room I stayed in had a good view. It was snowing. There was a chair looking at the view. The property has free parking.

Breakfast was excellent, with western and Japanese options. Service overall was kind and efficient. The location cannot be beat as the lift is seconds from the property and the village is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Cozy luxury hotel, easy rent ski equipment, ski-in and out

Very new hotel, spacious rooms, clean and nice view. The view from the outdoor onsen is incredible!
