The onsen (best thing about this hotel) the room size, the dinners and the breakfasts, staff at the reception super friendlyand helpful, the shuttle bus to the slopes, the lockers for our snowboards, the snowboard rental company that the hotel works with, the washing drying machines - cheap and quick. Everything was awesome! 👌🏼

Location was perfect right on the slopes to ski. Everything was in one location and you did not even need to leave the resort as everything was included.

The room is exceptionally clean, private onsen is pure relaxing, good location.

Staff were super helpful, the free buses to the mountain for snowboarding were perfect, and location was great!

The room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay at miru! The staff was also incredible, they were patient with us while we stressed over our luggage delivery delay due to the recent earthquake. Staff helped us track our luggage and kept us up to date on when it would arrive and was very helpful. Overall it was probably one of the best stays we had in japan.

Great stay at One Niseko Resort Towers for our ski trip. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious comfortable room, great breakfast. Little gem in Niseko. Was hard to leave

Good value for money with all the amenities for a longer stay and to hit the ski slopes. The private spa bath was so good after a long day on the slopes. The room is dated but functional. Easy access via the main road between Hirafu and Annapuri and a short drive to Rusutsu. Recommend having a car if staying here, private undercover parking space for each room.

The best hotel in niseko area. Super good location just only one 1.5 km. from Grand Hirafu ski area. And also reasonable price.

Amazing service. Great location near the ace gondola lifts. Ski straight to your room is possible. Great rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was incredibly relaxing. We thought it was going to be the location that was the highlight as we could see the house from the slopes. However, it was the warm feel of the place created by the staff.

We had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, great location, delicious breakfast but the absolute best is the staff. They make your holiday extra enjoyable and offer the best service.

A very new hotel. Staff is super helpful. Spacious room with beautiful interiors. There is onsen water coming out of the bathtub water tap. So you could enjoy the view while having a private onsen session in your own room. Located in the Hanazono resort and is within walking distance to the summer gondola, light show, zipline etc. Will definitely visit again!

We were upgraded to Hinode Hills, so extremely happy.

Breakfast was excellent, with western and Japanese options. Service overall was kind and efficient. The location cannot be beat as the lift is seconds from the property and the village is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was mostly quiet, clean and equipped with a small kitchenette. There is a kettle and a soup/noodle pot which worked well. There are supermarkets within walking distance and the train station is also close. There is a great coffee shop nearby, Sprout. The self service hotel is great as you can easily checkin and out at your own pace. The staff were nice when I did interact with them.

Location was quiet but also very convenient for skiing in/out and speed to the main ski areas. Very good local restaurants to be found with home produced Japanese menus. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large rooms well equipped. Very clean.
