Everything about chatrium niseko was perfect! Perfect location in hirafu close to bus stops, grocery stores, retail shops and the gondola! Hotel shuttle buses were fantastic, staff were super friendly and always helpful including helping us book a cab to Kutchan after checkout. Additionally the studio room was so comfortable and homely, we hope we'll be able to come back to staying again in the future! Thank you chatrium!

- The room was more spacious than we thought, more than enough for 3 large suitcases lying flat. - Nice view accompanied by a Christmas tree just outside the window. - Awesome breakfast and dinner buffet. - Did not use the shower in the room - we were at the onsen and shower facilities for all 3 nights which was awesome! - There's a green slope right outside the entrance where you can ski down right away. - You can rent any ski/snowboard equipment there. Convenient to the max. - There's also a milk farm (milk Kobo) just 10 minutes away by car. The dairy products there are just next level.

The hotel is gorgeous from both a design and location perspective and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The meals were typically Japanese and, as such, delightful. Breakfast was also Japanese, quite unusual by Western standards, but also delicious. The onsen (hot springs) has pools both inside and outside and a sauna, very nice after a day of ski. The staff are extremely attentive. There are three shuttles a day to the main Niseko skiing resorts and you can get rental boots and skis delivered to the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is still awesome. Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.

It was wonderful! I love the hotel, the onsen and the personnel! It was the swcond time i have been there. Now for 8 nights. The beginning was the same as last year. Sadly i got a room like 301-303. I assume they are old smoking rooms, and have s verry strange smell. But the jotel was amazing in giving me a other room. And a VERY nice one!

Really convenient for everything from getting there, to getting around - to most importantly getting on the slopes. Was my second year here - and I enjoyed this year just as much as last: great ski-ing, great food - and great people all over - both Japanese and International: I think it's the good vibe that puts people in the right mood. Loved every moment.

Niseko is a ski town - expensive and flashy.

Niseko is a ski town - expensive and flashy. Iroha was excellent as far as a hot-spring resort goes. I didn't know that the 10-course meal was included in the price, and I was super happy to have everything taken care of. If you're skiing Niseko, this is a great spot because it's right next to the Annapuri lift, and the onsen is open almost 24/7, huge bonus for after a ski day.

The Slow Lodge were great, clean and Chad and his staff were very helpful in every way. We were there for Christmas and The Lodge provide a very nice Christmas dinner on the house. which was very thoughtful .

A world destination family of resorts with convenience stores selling Dom Perignon and Krug and strawberries for 5 dollars per. The world's rich come here, just as they do to Courchevel and St. Moritz. The lift tickets are cheap compared to Vail and Whistler and the snow is generally better. I loved the Chinese restaurant in the Park Hyatt

Super close to the slopes but far enough away that you dont pay 30 bucks for a toasted sandwich! Town is a lot bigger then i thought with big super market, chemists, restaurants and convivence stores.

It's probaby the least time of the year that you should go...

It's probaby the least time of the year that you should go to since it's like a ghost town. Most restaurant, resorts and activities are close or under renovation but if you like peace and quiet or your probably a local who has a car and drive around then this place is a nice place to visit. But I enjoyed the weather this time. View is always beautiful and admirable. One of the best places I've been to in my lifetime.
