Location was excellent in Namba, most things were within walking distance, suites were nice and fully equipped, staff were good

We enjoyed our stay here A LOT. The hotel is brand new, clean, comfortable and strategically located. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast and lunch at their restaurant. Special thanks to the staff! We were treated as special guests. I would be back without hesitation.

The hotel was super clean and the service from the staff was excellent, as you would expect from an APA hotel. Good value for money, perhaps a bit pricey if you are travelling alone but for a couple of nights it is well worth it. And a very good location, near of dotonbori and Nipponbashi.

It is very near to NAMBA station. Very convenient to travel. Clean facilities and friendly staff. By the way they had free good coffee and tea all through the day.

The front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable-- especially Mr. SUJAL and Mr. IVAN. This must be among the top locations in Osaka in terms of being central and near to MRT, train stations, Kurumon Market, many taxis. I had the best four nights of restful sleep I've had in years-- quiet and most comfortable.

The location is excellent, and there is a metro exit directing to the hotel!

I highly recommend Hiyori hotel. The location is amazing, it is not just close, it is in the middle of everything that a visitor might want to explore. It is convenient my located to the train for the airport as well. I have never seen a bathroom so fully equipped . You can even find a massage machine for your feet under the bed. There’s also a humidifier, complimentary bottles of water . Apart from that, it is stylishly decorated and super clean.

Conveniently located close to Namba station. Short walk to Dotonbori. Have access to shopping and food alike.

Location was perfect. Room was not modern but ideal for a cheap stay as a solo traveler for one night. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. If you want a 10/10 location, a private room, comfortable bed, then this is for you. Every hotel in Osaka was outrageously priced when I looked but this hotel was a normal price. It’s dated but totally fine and worth it for the cost saving!

The hotel is across from Namba station, directly across the street, or using the subway tunnels to reach the hotel side should there be inclement weather. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Your luggage can be looked after before checking in or after checking out. There is even a scale in the lobby to check if your shopping doesn't exceed the limit for the airlines.
