We got a free upgrade to an even bigger room, which was so great. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a smile on my face everytime I had to speak to anyone at reception. The hotel is located super close to Dotonburi but not so close where it feels super touristy, and was very easy to access via public transport. My husband and I loved the landry room and the vending machines on each floor - it was so nice to be able to do our laundry after 2 weeks of traveling around japan. And though we don't have kids, we were both super impressed by how kid friendly this hotel was. There was a kid's playroom and it just overall seemed very welcoming to kids. I loved this hotel and we will for sure stay here next time we go to Osaka.

Staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is in a great location. - 10 min walk from Namba station - Close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashisuji, Namba Parks mall - 7-11 is a 3 min walk while Lawson and Family mart is ~5 mins away. - Plenty of food options; Even with the above it is in a quiet area. Loved the shared area. They had tables, free drinks, massage chairs and a pool table (which we used few times). Our room was spacious and clean. Staff tidied up as per request. Finally, the owner was kind to offer a ride to Shin-Osaka station as we were going to Tokyo. Really appreciate going the extra mile! We loved our stay here and will definitely come back again!

The staff were very accommodating, exceptionally generous and provided us upgrades for a minimal cost . We decides to extend our stay and they upgraded our room for no cost. Customer service was superb! Location is excellently convenient which is just across Namba Station. Great value for money and would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast buffet included a large variety of options ranging from western to Asian and Japanese, all of them of high quality. The hotel is conveniently located right on top of the metro station and walking distance from the Namba station making it super easy for day trips to Nara and Kyoto. It is also close to Dotonbori and right next the American village. The view from really great.

Location is great, easy to Namba station, and close to all of the key Osaka sightseeing. Bed was huge and comfy, great after a month in Japan on some fairly hard mattresses. Huge windows with a great view, big bath and shower, nice robes, and heapsss of space for a Japan hotel.

I loved the location: in a really quiet neighborhood, the nearest train station is 4 mins by foot, and it's only 1 station away from Namba station. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything needed inside (laundry with detergent, commodities, desk, etc..). Greatly appreciated my stay!

The property was right on top of Daikokucho station, which connects directly to Shin-Osaka, Osaka/Umeda, and Namba station. Getting around was easy. The apartment was cosy and had comfortable beds, and came with as washer/drier. There are convenience stalls around the area and restaurants as well. There is also 2 supermarkets 1 block away. The host was also very responsive and make sure our stay was very enjoyable.

Probably the most high tech hotel we stayed in Japan, check in machines and very easy bag storage process were a bonus. The rooms were small but with our bags stored under the bed we had plenty of space. The location is close to Osaka-Namba station and Dotonbori. Pay attention to the station exit as there are multiple exits far apart.
