Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

Loved our Premium room w complete kitchen facilities, the 6/f lounge w free brewed coffee where our group would gather, the hotel's convenient location. They helped arrange our group of 15 to transfer by van & taxi to Shin Osaka. All these made our holiday in Osaka truly enjoyable.

Cancelled my booking with another hotel and took a chance on this one after seeing the stellar reviews, and after staying here, I can confirm that the compliments are 100% deserved. The staff are extremely friendly, always ready to help and greeting you with a smile! We even got escorted to the train station on our last day there, which was honestly something I've NEVER experienced from any other hotel in Japan. I stayed in a 4-star hotel in Kyoto after my stay here, and the service was so much colder and stingier in comparison... not to mention, there are plenty of massage chairs on the first floor for you to relax in (for free!) after a hectic day of shopping, as well as free flow of drinks in the lounge area. On days when you don't feel like eating out (or if you just want a break from the crowd), you can buy food back and have your meal in the lounge in peace :) the fact that the hotel itself is relatively small is an advantage, because I never saw the lounge entirely filled during my stay there. It's also much easier to do your laundry (no need to wait in line or do your laundry at weird hours). Will definitely stay here again in future!

It is already my 5th stay at this Hotel. Reception is friendly and attentive. You can store your luggage for several days without issues, while staying at other cities and returning to this Hotel later on. Room is clean, plenty amenities are for free at the 2nd floor where the Reception is. The location is outstanding: just at the exit no. 5 of Namba, close to Ebisubashi, Nankai Namba station closeby and FamilyMart downstairs.

The staff were very accommodating, exceptionally generous and provided us upgrades for a minimal cost . We decides to extend our stay and they upgraded our room for no cost. Customer service was superb! Location is excellently convenient which is just across Namba Station. Great value for money and would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast buffet included a large variety of options ranging from western to Asian and Japanese, all of them of high quality. The hotel is conveniently located right on top of the metro station and walking distance from the Namba station making it super easy for day trips to Nara and Kyoto. It is also close to Dotonbori and right next the American village. The view from really great.

Location is great, easy to Namba station, and close to all of the key Osaka sightseeing. Bed was huge and comfy, great after a month in Japan on some fairly hard mattresses. Huge windows with a great view, big bath and shower, nice robes, and heapsss of space for a Japan hotel.

I loved the location: in a really quiet neighborhood, the nearest train station is 4 mins by foot, and it's only 1 station away from Namba station. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything needed inside (laundry with detergent, commodities, desk, etc..). Greatly appreciated my stay!

The property was right on top of Daikokucho station, which connects directly to Shin-Osaka, Osaka/Umeda, and Namba station. Getting around was easy. The apartment was cosy and had comfortable beds, and came with as washer/drier. There are convenience stalls around the area and restaurants as well. There is also 2 supermarkets 1 block away. The host was also very responsive and make sure our stay was very enjoyable.

Probably the most high tech hotel we stayed in Japan, check in machines and very easy bag storage process were a bonus. The rooms were small but with our bags stored under the bed we had plenty of space. The location is close to Osaka-Namba station and Dotonbori. Pay attention to the station exit as there are multiple exits far apart.
