Everything. Brand new modern hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms/ bathrooms with spectacular views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left and all spoke good English. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great quiet central location, next to a good shopping mall and Namba underground station. Dotombori and central Osaka restaurants and nightlife action is only a 10 minute walk away. Also has a good gym. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again

The staff are amazing! They were all very nice and so helpful. They helped me manually set up luggage delivery service (3rd party company) as it didn't show our next hotel from booking online. Also, they suggested we could join a guided sitting meditation session with a monk from a nearby temple. This was both in Japanese and English so we were able to learn and enjoy the whole experience. It was in a very relaxed and inviting pace. The monk was quite proficient in English too. I highly recommend it!

Location was perfect - very close to subway station and you can even walk to Namba station through the underground pass. It has a lot of restaurants and main streets within walking distance. The apartment was big so you we had enough space to open our luggages. Wifi worked well.

We heard that APA was considered a budget / basic chain hotel in Japan so we were pleasantly surprised when we stayed in their Asakusa branch in Tokyo and this branch in Osaka. The location is very good - it's just around the corner from Namba station and is a 2 minute walk from Dotonbori, Osaka's main metropolitan area. The laundry facilities were also great and hardly ever crowded.

Exceptional service! The staff were brilliant and always helpful, going above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right next to Namba station and few meters away from main attractions. The hotel has massage chairs in the lobby and a free warm drinks service which we absolutely enjoyed! The hotel staff were kind enough to handle our luggage and drive us to the station as well. Exceptional 11/10 service.

I like the location of this hotel and its reasonable price. Nippombashi subway station is just one or two minutes walk while Namba Station is around 10 minutes. Restaurants is abundant around the hotel. Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi are not far from the hotel.

It is already my 5th stay at this Hotel. Reception is friendly and attentive. You can store your luggage for several days without issues, while staying at other cities and returning to this Hotel later on. Room is clean, plenty amenities are for free at the 2nd floor where the Reception is. The location is outstanding: just at the exit no. 5 of Namba, close to Ebisubashi, Nankai Namba station closeby and FamilyMart downstairs.

The staff were very accommodating, exceptionally generous and provided us upgrades for a minimal cost . We decides to extend our stay and they upgraded our room for no cost. Customer service was superb! Location is excellently convenient which is just across Namba Station. Great value for money and would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast buffet included a large variety of options ranging from western to Asian and Japanese, all of them of high quality. The hotel is conveniently located right on top of the metro station and walking distance from the Namba station making it super easy for day trips to Nara and Kyoto. It is also close to Dotonbori and right next the American village. The view from really great.

Location is great, easy to Namba station, and close to all of the key Osaka sightseeing. Bed was huge and comfy, great after a month in Japan on some fairly hard mattresses. Huge windows with a great view, big bath and shower, nice robes, and heapsss of space for a Japan hotel.

I loved the location: in a really quiet neighborhood, the nearest train station is 4 mins by foot, and it's only 1 station away from Namba station. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything needed inside (laundry with detergent, commodities, desk, etc..). Greatly appreciated my stay!
