Really accommodating staff. Left luggage there hours before check in to sightsee. Plenty of extras including toiletries, umbrellas and a complimentary bar with well stocked drinks and snacks.

The receptionist who checked us in, was very kind and helpful. We felt welcome from the beginning. Our rooms was quite large and a we had a beautiful view over Osaka.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Dotombori, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Nice room with a fantastic view of Namba. Our best breakfast in Japan:) Friendly staff.

Very close to the Namba station and the Dotonbori street. Nice lobby, free tea, coffee, soft drinks, and instant noodles every evening. There are washing machines (1000 yen per wash, if I remember correctly) and free-to-use kettles. And there is a bamboo stick in your room to massage your feet!

Location is great, I could walk to Dotonbori every night to have dinner. Metro stations are also close and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location in the Namba area close from shops restaurants and transports. The area is great in the evenings especially. Room size larger than average in big Japanese cities Breakfirst (a variety of japanese and european style items) Staff always helpful (some with good level of english and others hard to understand but always trying to help)

Location was great - easy to get around to all the popular sites! It was super clean and the staff were very accomodating. The free ammenities were amazing. Rooms were comfy and exactly what we needed

The location is perfect for tired travelers

Location is right in Dotonbori but slightly away from the noisy frontline. Lots of shops bars restaurants. 7-11 downstairs. We had a twin room which was very spacious. Enough space for 2 large and 2 small luggage. Comfortable twin beds. Small capsule type bathroom - Taller / larger people would have a bit of an issue moving about inside (I am 1.6mt short) .Very clean and neat. Housekeeping only replaces towels every day. There is no daily housekeeping. We had Room 934 - 9th floor. Room was quiet but occasional loud sirens/speakers late at night. Free conveniences offered at reception. (Toothbrush sponge etc)

the location is very strategic

The Location was excellent. only 2 blocks and you are in the midst of it all in Dontonbori. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was near everything, breakfast was great.

Good-sized room by European standards, excellent shower pressure, and very comfortable bedding.
