The location, right of Dotombori Street was perfect - on the quieter side of the street literally a half block away from the action. And the amenities were INCREDIBLE. I have never stayed at a hotel that offered so many free amenities -- the lobby was stocked with extra and specific pillows, shampoo/conditioner, face masks, soaps, bath products, massagers, and more. The massage chair in the room was an extra touch. Don't forget to leave your key at the front desk if you want your room refreshed. All in all, this was a great experience and great value for money.

The room exceeded our expectations for being spacious and clean. The hotel also provided at no extra charges beyond all the daily amenities and items one will need. Their complimentary free flow of curry rice, snacks, drinks etc is definitely welcoming too.
Their location is also superb. Just a short walk away from the Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street.

The location was great as you're right at the heart of the Shinsaibashi and
Dotonbori area. The place upon arrival was clean, pristine and cozy. All facilities are available as described and are
functional. Check-in and check-out is simple, seamless and intuitive.
Customer service is friendly, accommodating and responsive. We actually left one item when we checked out and they immediately reached out to us and informed us so. We were able to retrieve said item with no problems at all. All in all, an amazing experience!

My family stayed on Cross Floor rooms (level 13 & 14, the top two floors). The rooms were clean and we loved the tub which was very deep. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were very responsive when we had questions before our stay, and really friendly and helpful when we got to Cross Hotel too. We were very impressed by the self-check out stations, which allowed us to check out in seconds by tapping our room keys on the screens. The self-service luggage racks which allowed us to lock our bags quickly was also really efficient. As many have pointed out, the location is awesome. It was so close to Dontobori & Shinsaibashi shopping areas, but felt clean, safe & quiet!
